Doug's Barber Shop

I came in short notice to get cleaned up for my wedding, and Eric was able to get me straightened out with a fantastic cut that the lady loves! He worked with me to get my hair just the way I wanted it, had great input, and really took his time making it look perfect! It's not often I say this, but I'm looking forward to my next haircut!

For other folks, this place is cash only, and you do need to call for appointments!

Best team of barbers anywhere. These guys have been cutting hair in the area for at least the 25 years I have lived here. They go the extra distance to ensure the customer is satisfied at a very reasonable price. Fun to talk to and always polite. Highly recommended.

Finally found a place that gives an old fashioned guy's haircut. Been to three other places since moving here and five times they cut my hair incredibly short on the side (a"fade"). Not at Doug's. Unhurried attention to detail. Nice taper in back. I'll be back.

I started going to Doug's Barbershop in 1972 thru 2014,, I was 22 >> I now live in Montana. My Barber is good, but she cuts my hair in a few minutes , for someone who is always late for appointments, she's your'e Girl.

I was born in 1950 and life was simple, if you want to go to a Barber, who does not rush the haircut experience then Doug's Barber Shop is the place to go.. Doug checks all the boxes ! The last time I was in his shop guessing 2019 Doug was not there, so I got in Doug's Son's Chair Eric, same type of experience, great conversation and a great haircut..

The thing is 1 on 1 conversation is becoming extinct .....too bad ! ..... its a amazing experience ! over the years I marveled at how many People Doug knew by name ! I miss it and Doug.. Eric ***** HAPPY NEW YEAR DOUG AND CREW ... Gary Hren

I've been going here for the past year now. I really enjoy it. Very old school. Nothing flashy or fancy. Just good cuts by good people at more than reasonable prices.

I've always gotten my haircuts from major chains but never was able to get my haircut evenly and the way I liked. First time I walk into Doug's I get a perfect cut. From now on Doug's is my barber.

Doug's Barber Shop is now my favorite place to get a haircut. Rick and I had a great conversation about the history of the business he has been working at. Many of my family members commented how sharp I looked. Great job Rick and thanks to Doug's Barber Shop for the friendly greetings and old school barber shop way of cutting hair and taking care customers.

It's not meant to be fast folks. Quality does take time and sometimes you just have to step back and enjoy the experience.

Last week I took 2 of the 3 boys in and it was standing room only. The boys got to play and I got to catch up on some emails.

I have been going well past 10 years now.

My son and husband love getting haircuts here. It is a down home, family owned, real barber shop. They have had just about everyone at the shop cut their hair at least once and it always looks fantastic. They enjoy the atmosphere and employees. They only accept cash or checks (no credit or debit cards) but when you find a quality establishment like this it doesn't matter. I have been told this this a "real mens barber shop" by both of them, whatever that means. But they do great haircuts at fair prices. If you are a man, with hair you should get your haircuts here!

Uncle Doug and Cousin Eric will give you a great haircut and make you feel like family! This is the best barbershop in the northwest! Just want to sit and talk with the most entertaining person you have ever met? Go in and strike up a conversation with Doug, you will not be disappointed!

Doug's Barbershop was a great experience ! I used to only ever go to hair places like Sports Clips or Great Clips, I figured that I would go to a local barbershop to try something new and it was well worth it. Dennis did a great cut, he was helpful and kind and was great to talk to during the hair cut. And the beard trim looks great! Will come here again.

I've been looking for a traditional barber, and was super happy to find one right in my own backyard. My barber Dennis had an experienced hand, was friendly, and gave me a fantastic low-fade haircut (my first). AND he didn't freak out in any way when I realized that payment was cash or check (and I had only my visa and google-pay on me). He just said to pay up when I was next out and about. (I went to the ATM at the nearby Fred Meyer and returned with payment right away, in fact). I'll definitely be going back.

Definitely an old school barber shop. The guys were great. Made me feel like Dad taking me for a haircut as a little boy. Be aware it's a cash only business. I was short but the guys were really cool about it. So nice I felt I had to go get the cash right away because they're such good people! Oh yeah they're also really good barbers!

Doug's barbershop is the best. All of the barbers do a great job and the haircuts are always consistent. Plus they include a straight razor neck shave, one of the few remaining barbershops that actually do that! I was referred here by a friend and have been coming here ever since. Plus after only one haircut they remembered my name!

Great service and atmosphere! Doug and his crew do great work and play the local games on TV. Great waiting area compared to some other shops. Call ahead for appt. and bring cash.

These guys are so great. I prefer Eric to cut my hair, because Doug cuts it a little too short, as well as Dennis, but they're really great guys, all of them. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Their place is also the place to watch news and sports! They've always got it playing on an older big monster TV. They also have cookies and coffee and sweets. They don't care if you're an adult or kid, they let you take food!
