I've been a client for 5 years. The hairstylists at London's are friendly and talented. The salon is well decorated with modern amenities. I feel pampered and comfortable when I visit. London's Salon is a great place to get your hair done.

If you want excellent color, go to London's 253 and make an appointment with Brooke. She is fantastic with getting you the look you want, whether it's pink glitter extensions or a look like mine I call Blondie, as in the pop star singer. Very dark and solid color underneath, a light multi-color foil on top. It looks sooo cool and Brooke has it down!!! Want a beautiful, flowing, smooth blowout and cascading curls?!! Brooke Loves to style, you will come out feeling like a movie star! Her prices are unbelievably reasonable and she is warm and friendly and professional!
Go see Brooke at London's 253 on Dock St. and watch the trains roll by as you get even More Beautiful than you already are.

I have had Sasson cutters only until moving to the PSW. I've had some good cutters here but none at the level I'm used to until Bethany at London's. My hair is utterly straight and every slice shows but her work is perfect. I strongly recommend her for those of you who are rightly frustrated with chopped looking hair! It's great to find someone this good again.

I've been going to Candy for my hair for about 2 years now since I moved to Tacoma for the military. She's taken my long curly hair from box dye to platinum blonde and back to dark brown and several variations in between. The location is always super clean and everyone else there that I've had interactions with has been friendly. I also started going to Inna, the esthetician there, about a year ago for waxing and henna eyebrows and she has been the best esthetician I have EVER been to for waxing! As soon as my old microblading has faded I also plan to have her fix my eyebrows as well! I highly recommend both Candy and Inna!

Bethany did a great color correction, cut, and style. She invested time understanding my needs and then worked her magic. Super approachable and talented.

Candy is the best! The salon serves coffee, tea, wine, and beer. It's always very clean and everyone is super friendly.

Monica did my wife's hair and was able to take a picture, replicate the color and highlights exactly, as well as style and length...and she did it in about half the time it's taken her previous stylists elsewhere (as a waiting husband I was stoked). 3 weeks later her hair and color looks fantastic. The salon itself is very clean, the staff were all friendly and helpful. Great salon!

I read over their website and found a stylist who specializes in a style/type I was looking for and booked an appointment with Emily. Been back to see her 3 or 4 times already and always love my hair when I leave. Salon is open and airy.

I love Brooke H and would definitely recommend her. I've been with her for many years now and she truly cares about my hair and how I feel when I leave. She always asks lots of questions about what and how I do my hair. I always love the cut and color. I look forward to seeing her every few weeks.

I stopped in last minute and Heather was able to squeeze me in for a cut. She offered me a cold beer and gave me the best haircut I've had in a long time. I would definitely recommend her as a stylist and the salon had a cool atmosphere. Def coming back.

I have been seeing my stylist Jessica Robertson for almost a year for both hair cut and colour and have never been happier with a Salon or Stylist. The location is great and the atmosphere is wonderful. Jessica has been so amazing. I have always had trouble getting the colour I’m looking for and from a balayage, cut, highlights, and all over colour she has achieved exactly the look I’m going for. She is always able to listen and interpret exactly what I’m looking for. When I first started seeing her my hair was over processed and damaged and from her expert services to product recommendations my hair has completely transformed into healthy beautiful hair. I wouldn’t trust anyone but Jessica with my style!

This review is mostly about the salon space as the stylists are independent business owners that rent space here. Also, I've only used the service of one hair stylist here. That said, the space is very clean, nicely decorated & spacious. Location is ideal for me as I live nearby but parking can be a pain sometimes. There are limited parking inside the parking garage of the apartment bldg, some on-street parking & the spaces under the ramp (at the time of writing this review that area is under construction). You must pay to park @ all these spots.

I followed my stylist when she moved to London's and I've never been disappointed. If I adequately describe my wishes and expectations, she delivers. If I don't communicate, the results are on me if I'm not happy.

London's Salon is where my hair stylist is currently operating out of. Curtis Nielson is a Master Colorist and specializes in the "Unicorn Tribe," color repair, and making sure hair stays healthy and strong. All of the independent operators have treated me incredibly professional and I have only ever seen them be the same way to all the guests there. Guests have ranged in age from young elementary students to women in their 80s. There have been women getting simple hair cuts to women getting rainbow hair with extensions. There are also licensed aethecisians.
The facility is easy to access with paid parking next to it that has 2 handicap stalls. There is a ramp for easy access to the door for those with mobility issues.
