Nordstrom

Went in this evening to return a few items that I bought online. I didn't catch her name but thank you to the young lady who processed the return at the jewelry section. I also want to thank Rebecca for coming over from her section to help Amani while she was taking care of another customer. Excellent customer service from everyone. Love my Jo Malone and Chanel cologne..

Amazing! I had a bra fitting today and I am floored by the service. Also the fact that I've been wearing the wrong size for so long. Pami at this location is a true asset and overall joy to work with. I will be back when I lose more weight and need more bras. ❤

Had a good time with the folks in order pickup. I could tell they were slammed and they still managed to give me good service with a smile and theyre always worth a hoot an a half. They took my heavy item to my car with no complaint and gave out stickers to my kid. Easily best department in the store as far as personability goes. I make sure to do my online orders there for those kid’s personalities.

I love Nordstrom! I also enjoy their healthy drinks after shopping. So convenient and refreshing!

Got in and out with spectacularly great service from the folks in order pick up. Eliott with the colored hair helped me pay for my wrapping. A young man named angel got my alterations and Shak wrapped my valentines presents much better than I could have. My wife loved the extra bow! Dope job guys! Will be back for her birthday!

Kelly, in the women's undergarment department, she is the best attentive, caring,experienced staff I have ever encountered at the Tacoma store. Top notch! Thank you, Kelly!

I had excellent customer service here. The representative helped me get the perfect fitting for my bra. It was a wonderful experience. Only place I can buy bras at. Especially if you extra blessed like me!!!!!

Just have to shout out Alyson for helping me find the perfect perfume as an anniversary gift for my wife, it wasn’t even her department and she was still so knowledgeable and willing to help in the best way that she could. Today I went to the Bony Levy jewelry counter, one of many times I’ve been to this counter. Today however, I had the pleasure of working with Ava (I hope I am spelling her name correct). I came in to sadly drop off a bracelet and necklace that had broke.
Ava’s customer service was nothing short of amazing. She was personable and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. After I had been working with her for a while, I discovered that she was actually supposed to be on her break- and I wouldn’t have even known because she was so delightful and instead of trying to hurry me out so she could get back to her break, spent extra time making sure I walked away with the best outcome possible.

I tried to find a way to leave a review on the actual Nordstrom page where it could get to her management team but cannot figure it out. If anyone can help me with this I would be forever grateful. This girl deserves a raise, or at the very least, some sort of notoriety for her customer service.

I always have a great time here whenever I come in. All staff are always friendly and ready to serve their customers. But I just wanted to give a moment of appreciation to MICHELE, who truly went above and beyond in assisting me. I purchased a burgundy UGG throw blanket for a colleague, but it was the last in stock, and it was a mess. Not really presentable to give as a gift. Michele had searched the inventory and stated there were 7 in-stock. Michele even took the time to come downstairs to see if there was any laying around in the store. Unfortunately, there were none. Michele decided to redo the knot and folded it nicely. It was a masterpiece!

Michele definitely needs a promotion!

Wife wanted new shoes and it's her birthday in 2 days so we stopped in. Mark took care of us and was great, highly recommend.

Great store but very limited if you are above average size man. You are forced to order which in my case I wanted to try the shoes on first.

The shoe department in this Nordstrom's is very nice. Definitely go here if you want to buy a pair of shoes and not to the one in southcenter.
