Nick was the best! Nick sold our 1st home for us and was instrumental in getting our second home for us. When it was time for us to move out of state he researched the city we were moving to and connected us with a great realtor in our new city.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nick Mercado. Our experience actually began with another agent. We were fortunate enough to have met Nick, and were able to seek his guidance on some shadiness that was occurring on the first home we were under contract on. Nick helped guide us out of that transaction, mostly unscathed. After signing up with Nick, he used his vast knowledge of the mid-city area to show us around and look at homes. Nick is quite possibly the most responsive agent I have ever met. We ended up purchasing our home, under asking, with multiple other offers. Due to the age of the home, he recommended additional inspections, which were incredibly helpful. I now count Nick as a friend due to how well he listened to me and my wife's needs.
