I have been doing renovations on my house and Jeremy has been, by far, the easiest professional I've worked with. He is punctual, communicative, and his services are well priced. I appreciate that he explains everything thoroughly and is transparent about what he needs to do a repair. He takes pride in his work and when I experienced leaks after his garbage disposal installation (not his fault, had to do with linking up with an old pipe that was originally installed in an odd position) he came out ASAP and was able to figure out a solution. He has my business for all my plumbing needs in the future and I will be recommending him to everyone I know.

Was provided this company as one of three as provided by Pro Referral through Home Depot where I purchased new toilets. They were the first to reply so I contacted them first. Through text and phone conversations with Jeremy, I felt comfortable enough to hire him to install two new toilets for me. He was very upfront and honest about what might be needed and the things they checked to ensure a proper installation. Jeremy did a fantastic job with the installation and explained any question I had no matter how minor it seemed to me. He made sure to test the toilets to make sure there were no leaks (which there were none). Once completed, he assured me that if any issues were to occur with either of the toilets, to just give him a call and he would come to resolve them. I also had him give me his expert opinion regarding the replacement of bath/shower fixtures as a possible future project. He was very helpful in telling me what to look for and that he would be able do the installation. I will definitely hire Jeremy for this project when I am ready and would highly recommend DrainFlo/Jeremy for plumbing projects.

Jeremy was very responsive to my service request, and he was able to come out to repair my toilet within 24 hours. He showed up on time (early even!) and explained my options clearly and fairly. Pricing was very reasonable, and they did a great job replacing all of the worn parts. I was nervous to hire Drainflo because their quote was so much lower than the other bids, but changed my mind after reading the reviews and everything that's said about them is true.

They are extremely flexible, my 1st appointment was for a Saturday but my sink didn't arrive on time so they changed my appointment to Monday. They installed a new sink and garbage disposal and gave me a quote for another job I would like to have done.

I will definitely be recommending these guys to everyone and hiring them again for my next project.

Jeremy was referred to me by my brother. I needed a couple sinks and faucets replaced. While he was here I asked if he could check the Connectors to my washing machine. They were old and he thought they needed replaced so he replaced them. I also asked him to check a few other things while he was here. He did everything I wanted without hesitation. He was so patient. I highly recommend Jeremy he is a great guy and his company drainflo.

DrainFlo did a really good job communicating with us and had a super fast turnaround. Jeremy did our install and was responsive and really clear. He quickly identified our problem and how to fix it quickly (toilet bowl crack that led to a full replacement). The prices were reasonable and Jeremy was really easy to communicate with. Really impressed, strongly recommended! They’ll be our go to for plumbers in the future.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Drainflo. Jeremy did an outstanding job of repairing my toilet. He was on time, professional and responded promptly to my request. When I used his service last time he replaced all my bathroom faucets and shower knobs. Again did an outstanding job they look beautiful.
He was very respectful and wore a mask and foot coverings. When he went through each step he’d have me look to confirm it was too my satisfaction. His service fee is very reasonable. I would recommend Drainflo to anyone needing a plumber. Ten stars ⭐ if I could give them.

Jeremy always responded to my texts within 24 hours. Many times it was sooner—within a couple of hours. He gave estimates up front and the final cost was within the estimates he gave. There were no surprise costs.
When he came to my home, he explained what he was going to do, why I needed to replace my disposal, then showed me how to use AND freshen the new one. He made sure there was no leakage.
Jeremy is friendly and polite and did a great job. I trust him completely. He will be my go to plumber.

Jeremy of drainflo did an outstanding job of replacing and installing three toilets , a bathroom sink and faucets for us. He was prompt, efficient and very professional. He was knowledgeable about the products we purchased and we are extremely pleased with the installed fixtures. He would be our first choice to call in the future for plumbing issues. Jeremy was great!!! Very knowledgeable at what he does! I messaged him at 9pm the night before and he was able to come 9am the next day. He's very responsive and was able to replace and discard my toilet in under 2 hours. He made this stressful process VERY easy. Pricing was straightforward and no hidden charges.

Jeremy helped me replaced an old shut off valve with a 3/8 new one and installed a bidet using that valve. He is very honest and knowledgeable. Pricing is fair as well. He is the best plumber I ever used and he will be my go to in the future.

I used drain flow to replace my sink and garbage disposal. He arrived on time, wore foot covers, professional. I received quotes from different companies and drain flo was the best priced. I highly recommend this company and I will use them again. Also when I reached out for a quote, they responded immediately.

I've worked with Jeremy and DrainFlo on a few projects. Most recently, he installed a faucet, garbage disposal, and air gap after kitchen counters were replaced in one of my rental homes. After the tenants moved in, they reported a leak when the dishwasher was running. It's obvious that Jeremy takes pride in his work and guarantees customer satisfaction because he was happy to come back to figure out the problem. It was just a problem with a clamp, although it was an unusual problem. Another company literally quoted me THOUSANDS of dollars to fix the problem when we thought it may be a dishwasher-related issue. It was a $1-$2 clamp. DrainFlo may not have the big name or decades of experience, but I'd rather work with a company who is honest, transparent, knows their limitations, is easy to schedule, has extremely fair pricing, and is just an all-around good person. I highly recommend DrainFlo. I'm sorry I didn't write this review sooner!

Jeremy is amazing!! He is very honest and upfront about things. We needed him to check a leak in various areas of the house as well as a drain issue with our sink and dishwasher. He is super knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips and tricks on things we can do. Prior to him coming over, I had reached out for help and he gave me some tips to try before actually hiring him! I tried and obviously I’m no expert. But my point is he doesn’t try to pressure you into hiring him right away. He wants you to be feel comfortable with who you are hiring to get the job done. As soon as I realized we needed help with other things he was the first person on my mind to contact. He charges a very fair price and does not try to hustle you into paying for additional things. I am so happy we found him and we will definitely be hiring him again!!!!! He will not disappoint, don’t waste your time with other people.

We called him out twice and both times he was on time and fixed our plumbing problem for cheaper than some companies bid to even estimate the job.

We've hired DrainFlo llc twice now, once to install newer fixtures in two bathrooms, and once to replace a worn out shower diverter and spout.
Our house is older and while installing the new toilets, sinks, vanity, etc., Jeremy and his crew came across some do-it-yourself work in the plumbing lines to the fixtures and at one of the toilet flanges. The team handled the situation masterfully, communicating with us every step of the way. Also, while changing out one of the sinks, they were able to save the original wall tile around the sink so we could keep that "retro" look we were going for. We've had our share of plumbers in the past, and Jeremy is by far the most courteous, communicative, reasonably-priced and skilled plumber we've come across. We highly recommend Jeremy and DrainFlo llc!
