Acts Pharmacy and Healthcare Services

We were directed to go here by a new job for my daughter. We weren't quite sure what was needed, but the staff was super helpful. We went on a Thursday afternoon and there were zero people in the pharmacy. We were helped immediately by 2 lovely staff members. They had our form already somehow (magic?! Lol) My daughter needed some blood work and vaccines. The blood draw was flawless. 1 poke and she was in. Very efficient and friendly with us, which makes waiting enjoyable. Next employee came to give vaccines, no waiting, thourogh explanations. Really just a very wonderful little gem of a pharmacy that more people should check out.

I recently had my blood drawn for employment purposes and I’m so glad they referred me to Acts Pharmacy. From the moment I walked in the service was exceptional. The pharmacist was very friendly, and quite informative. The gentleman who drew my blood was so gentle I was finished before I knew it. Outstanding customer service from beginning to end!

Moved my sons medications and we are so happy we did. This pharmacy has become more than a pharmacy to our family. My oldest kids get vaccines regularly here and my youngest gets his specialty and monthly medications filled regularly with no problems. The attention to detail and thinking ahead makes Acts our go to for all questions concerning medications.

I 99% of the time pass out with any type of shot.I received a tetanus shot and they let me lay down.I didn't. Only 2nd time ever I didn't. So calming and easy.

I was referred to this pharmacy by my school instructor and I needed to get hepatitis titer asap just called them and they were able to book me appointment right away instead of me having to wait for an appointment with my provider which would probably take me months. I would refer all those trying to get into nursing school to have their vaccines taken with Acts Pharmacy they are quick , easy and faster results . I had the best experience with Acts pharmacy am definitely making them my official pharmacy. Not forgetting their friendly and professional staff Wilbur D. Bautista was so helpful and very encouraging , best medical technologist person and thank you for your hospitality

My husband and I wanted to move our business to a local pharmacy from a national chain. Best decision ever. The staff is very friendly, responsive, and you can tell this isn’t just a job for them — they care about their customers and my experience has been that they go out of their way to ensure you have what you need when you need it. I am very happy and wish we’d made the switch to Acts earlier.

I had good experience with Acts Pharmacy staff and owners. They are professional and friendly. We took our boys their for vaccination shots, the booking platform was simple and straight forward. The nurse eased the boys into the shots and she was thorough. I definitely recommend Acts Pharmacy and Healthcare Services

Got a couple vaccinations here. Staff was great, especially helpful in getting my insurance authorization through. Will be back for next immunization when I am due.

ACTS pharmacy was so helpful fast and efficient, I needed a Hep B titer test immediately and Wilbur was able to do it within an hour! results are fast :) if you are a student get your required vaccines with them!!

Wilbur was absolutely amazing. He was very patient as I made up my mind, and treated me with complete care and kindness! Would highly recommend coming here for your shots and blood drawls!

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The pharmacy doctor was careful , well informed and the shot were expertly and painlessly administered.

I got my COVID booster and flu shot here at the same time. It was easy to make an appointment. Parking is pretty abundant and I went in entrance 9 - it's well marked. The pharmacy is immediately to the left when you come in that entrance, like shown in my photo. I checked in, sat in the large lobby and waited 2 minutes. Was taken back and out quickly. A total of maybe 8 minutes.

It looks like they have a lot of clearance and well priced items. A hidden gem for stocking your medicine cabinet.

Two of my kids received immunizations. They were nervous but Tina was great! We got right in and right out with updated records. The best experience we could have had getting shots.

I enjoyed my experience at Acts getting fitted for compression stockings--The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I am not a big fan of needles but the technician who gave my flu shot had me smiling the whole time. Being new to wearing compression socks, I had some questions and the pharmacy owner, Wilbur, called and answered them all for me. It was a positive experience and having that personable help and focus is rare and not one I've ever had at a chain pharmacy. Will be back for sure!

The people at ACTS pharmacy in Tacoma central near Allenmore hospital couldn't be a nicer more professional crew. Their approachable demeanor and ability to communicate on a personal level is unmatched in my exposures to chemists aka Pharmacists.

Tena was very thorough and knowledgeable in my travel consultation. They were able to accommodate my schedule even though my travel plans were somewhat last minute. I highly recommend this pharmacy.
