We called in because our water heater was not working. Someone was able to come out only 2 hours later! They quickly diagnosed the problem and it turned out to be an easy fix! No charge for a technician to come out. They were very professional and had efficient communication. I would highly recommend.

The technician was very pleasant and even humorous. He explained things very clearly and showed me exactly what was causing my bathroom pipes to not drain. Everything was put back into place when he left. Thank you John!

Call these guys first! Upfront about their price and only 100$ an hour! First two companies I called said no job would be under 300$. Our service technician came out and spent a full hour working to unclog our garbage disposal. Very happy with his skill and knowledge level and experience. I could tell he had unclogged many disposals. And only $100. I’m putting their number in my contacts for the next time we need any plumbing expertise

This place was a life saver! From the gal who called me to the fellas that showed up to do the work. I never once felt pressured, misinformed, or most importantly, overcharged. When they weren't able to hydro jet my line, they credited me for that service! The fellas explained everything to me and I felt they were very honest, sincere and their prices were super reasonable. Completely satisfied and would highly recommend!

A great and reliable business! The local branch called after we set up our initial service with a call center. They moved our appointment to come out right away and fix our clogged drain! Not only did ARS Rescue Rooter offer us the most competitive price (after comparing with two other well known companies), but their customer service was fantastic. Nick went above and beyond, and he was very kind. The project he worked on was extensive and lasted two full days, and we joked that he was part of the family. When we need a plumber again, we will use ARS without question.

Josh is a great and friendly technician. He has done two jobs for us, he’s very fast and professional. The company sends a technician out very fast, within the same day or the following day of calling.

Great great service yesterday and today by technician Josh. He fixed our kitchen drain pipe that was leaking. After fixing this area there was separation from higher up in the wall that affected another area. All new parts. Josh was very respectful of our home and communicated easily via phone or in person. We would have him back if needed. Hopefully not too soon. But we would use his services again. Thank you team!!

Had an issue with washer overflowing. Guys diagnosed a major issue left over from the sewer hookup 45 plus years ago. They came up with a solution to fix the problem without digging up the front and/or back yard and driveway costing thousands. It will be fixed within a day and I can do laundry again. They were knowledgeable and very polite. Very happy how I was treated.

Called because I had backed up main line and it was time for a cleaning , they answered so quick late at night and scheduled me in very quickly. Bryce was the guy they had sent out to us he quickly saw what we needed done and what he could do he was quick friendly over all great customer service. Definitely recommend.

These guys are everything you want when you have a water emergency and need help FAST. They came within one hour of me calling them! Consummate professionals, my technician immediately went to work to address my leak, went over options with me on ways to address it, their price was very fair, and the level of customer service in terms of pure human kindness and understanding is a rarity in the service world today. I will be using them for all of my future plumbing needs - already have them in my contacts on my phone! I Could not say enough good things.
