I have a new plumber! Kevin and his friendly skilled crew installed a gas line for us, and we are delighted with their work, professionalism, and courtesy. They even came out a second time at no charge to make some adjustments when, due to no fault of theirs, my new appliance didn’t fit well with the stub. That’s what I call going the extra mile, and it has earned my loyalty. Wonderful local family-owned business. Highly recommend.

We woke up one morning to water on our downstairs bathroom vanity. Discovered a leaking toilet drain upstairs to be the culprit. PAC West Plumbing sent Caleb out and he was able to remake the drain pipe that connects our upstairs toilet to the old cast iron drain pipe. Caleb showed up right on time and he was super friendly, professional and was able to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend PAC West plumbing to any of my friends and family! Thanks guys!

Josh and Max were both efficient and professional young men. They were here on time and took the time to explain how to operate my new gas hot water heater in the event of outage and how to drain the unit. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asks. Robyn should also be complemented on her service and follow thru. Great company

FANTASTIC customer service, from my initial call, to Robin promptly returning my call to Josh coming out the very same day- incredibly professional; Josh wore a mask and put booties on before entering the house and was clear and concise on what he would be doing to address my clogged bathroom sink. Kevin and Robin with Pac West Plumbing are the best! Had my whole house re-piped recently and the work was thorough and expertly done! Justin with Pac West has been amazing! Used Justin for several jobs in the past and I've been very happy with his work and prices. I've received the most honest and thorough services that anyone could ask for. He's the only plumber that I will refer! Don't bother going anywhere else!

We were in need of emergency repairs and they were prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. Had them back out a second time to do some follow up work done and once again they were prompt and fixed our issue in record time..best part is they do not try to upsell you just to make an extra buck..having them out again to do some more work done, they are that great! Followed all Covid safety procedures too..just an all around local home town company that shows they care about the folks and their plumbing needs.

Hot water line sprung a leak. The pipe was located in an exterior wall behind the Ht water tank. I called PacWest, L/m and received a prompt rtn call. Due to scheduling they were not able to come out until the next day. I put my name on their list for the first am appt. 8/9am slot. I did call another plumber but all they had available was the same time slot.

Happy with service call, Kevin and Dominick were great. Professional, efficient and friendly. The cost was based on hourly and qtr hour charges, but Kevin was right on in his estimate of 2 hrs. That was important. P.s. The left the work area as tidy as they found it.

I need plumbing work completed. I still have not received a quote from the company. I called and politely asked about getting quote. The nice woman told me that she would talk to Kevin. I still have not had any response. I guess they are too busy to help little job people like me.
Update: I have received the quote from Kevin. I have a few questions and will continue to update this review.
Luckily I found another plumbing company with better pricing. They came and fixed my hose spigot for a reasonable price.

It's unfortunate I have to leave this poor review but this young man has very poor work ethics and is deceptive. First of all he said he charges $55/hr. And when he was finished charged me double that as he had another guy with him who he was training. Never mentioned that up front. Also when he installed the bathroom bath/shower faucet he left the faucet too far out from the wall so the tilers could not do their tile work. I called Justin/owner and he said he knew it was sticking out but assumed the tilers would fix it. Hello! Plumbers job. So he made a trip back to fix it which slowed the tilers down. This guy he had working with him installed my toilet which was lopsided so Justin had to fix that as well and while doing so put a small scratch in my white wooden toilet seat. He said he would take care of it. When I finally got around to asking him for reimbursement for the toilet seat he responded with ". Since you didn't use me to continue on I have nothing to deduct monies from". So does that mean he is broke and can't pay for his damages unless I continue to use him? He should have been forthright with his hourly rate in the first place. I don't even care about the toilet seat at this point. I just want to let people know his hourly rate is actually double because he's training a helper and told me he won't work without him.
