MultiCare Allenmore Hospital

I absolutely hate staying in any hospital but this place and their staff are amazing! I was admitted to the second floor and was treated like a king. Brittany, Elli, Mark, Selena, & the rest of the staff were a class act. They actually treated me like as if I was family to them. What a great experience

I feel safe when I go here and respected. The staff is kind and always helpful. I went in recently because I have severe abdominal pain and while I found out some not great things during the visit, admittedly sometimes I go in from anxiety from my pains. They made sure to tell me to stop apologizing for coming in and were really kind at the end of the visit making sure I felt well enough to leave and explaining what they found and maybe how to help some of it. They also made sure to look me in the eye and tell me it was ok that I might have gone just for anxiety too because "We all have stuff going on sometimes".
I don't know if the staff understands how when you deal with chronic health issues, sometimes that one kindness makes someone's entire worldview a little different. I really appreciate this hospital staff and I will never go anywhere else. I know I'm safe there and that they will care for me without judgement. I don't know if you guys know how reassuring that is for some of us so thank you.

I have been to this hospital twice and have had wonderful experiences both times! Dr. Leaza Dierwechter and her team removed my husband’s appendix a year or two ago (which went very smoothly) and by a happy coincidence she ended up being the one to take on the procedure i had done as well! She is an amazing doctor with a warm temperament and a splendid sense of humor! She made me feel safe and comfortable while there and it was an incredibly positive experience! I would trust this doctor hands down and should i need any help in the future I will make sure to go to Allenmore hospital.

P.s. the nurses have all been pleasant to work with as well and i wish them all good luck and happiness in their jobs!

Had to get a procedure done in short-stay surgery, and my entire team was amazing. They made me feel super comfortable and I was informed of everything going on. Dr. Blair did my procedure and his entire team- nurses, GI specialist, and anesthesiologist were all fantastic. Thank you so much :)

I came into the E.R. & was reminded by an awesome young Woman by the name of Lucky that I interacted with her at T.G. & in my mind I was brought back to how I had a terrible experience a few months dealing with La'Chell at the front counter in T.G. E.R., I mean that Woman was just flat out rude & disrespectful to say the least!
Lucky was nice & awesome both times, just
wonderful. All my nurses & Dr. Were awesome, thank you Allenmore & very memorablfront desk & registration lady Lucky!!

After being ignored last week and treated badly at St. Anthony's it was a breath of fresh air to come to Allenmore. I've been experiencing left side and back pain for 2 weeks and after being told nothing was wrong with me at St. Anthony's, the wonderful staff and doctor tell me I actually have pneumonia. St. Anthony didn't do a swab for flus or an ecg. But the amazing nurses and doctors here did. It was pretty quick too for a busy night. Around 5 hours for all the tests and some IV antibiotics before I was on my way home. They treated me like a person and that's so important. I'm definitely coming back here even if it takes an extra 20 minutes going over the narrows. Thank you Allenmore ER doctors & nurses. ❤❤❤

Here I am required to put 5 star as part of a competition that the nurse, Heather, agreed to that she could draw blood for some tests in 1 attempt on my wife who has the smallest veins I ever imagined. Congrats and shout out to Heather for keeping my wife calm and doing awesome job.

I was in Allenmore Hospital recently with Covid. I was in an ICU room & received outstanding care from everyone, especially Gina, my day nurse. She was compassionate, knowledgeable & helpful, loved her! I wouldn't hesitate to go to Allenmore if the situation arises again.

You know. I have never had a better experience than we did tonight after taking my wife to Allenmore. The nurses were awesome and we got in really quick. They answered everything we asked and dr. Justice was awesome too. Thank you and keep up the awesomeness. I don't remember what zone it was but I was green or red. Our room number was 31

Last night I self admitted myself for some gastrointestinal issues. The nurses got me back quick, were very efficient with the blood work and ultra sound. Today I had an issue with my pharmacy and Wanda was amazing and helped me out a ton and helped me get the prescription I needed.

Today my husband had eye surgery at Allenmore. We had never been there. We were pleasantly surprised by all the friendly staff at door & registration. The nurse assistance & nurses , including Heather, Lori, were great . Explaining the procedure & what to expect. Doctor Banta made us feel comfortable. The hospital is extremely clean & all safety procedures were followed. The antithetical team was great. We were very impressed.

My daughter just had ankle surgery here, and we could not have asked for a better experience. The staff were all so nice, and everything was handled promptly and efficiently. So glad we didn't end up at our local hospital, St. Michaels in Silverdale, where they are having paramedics treat ER patients because they can't staff their hospital.

I can't thank the dr.s and nurses enough for all they do. If you are looking for top notch care I would highly recommend Allenmore. Not only do they genuinely care about you and whats going on, but they work in a timely manner to get it resolved as quick as possible.

My husband had emergency surgery Sunday Feb 19th, 2023 and I cannot say enough about the staff there. They treated us with so much kindness, a special shout out to his two RN's Cassandra and Russell, thank you for all you did for us while there. I am so glad in this emergency we ended up there!

Great staff. Was able to get seen quickly. They listened to my issues and helped me with my anxiety.

The nurses, surgeons, EVERY staff member including housekeeping here was incredibly kind and did a fantastic job taking care of me and keeping me comfortable for 2 nights and a surgery. All while being screamed at by other patients for things out of their control and running around just trying to keep up! Thank you all so much for being so wonderful!

I needed to have an emergency surgery. My stay was 4 days and 3 nights. Every single person that was part of my care was wonderful. Registration & the ER was very welcoming. Housekeeping was very kind and courteous. The CNA were fantastic! They all went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable, clean & well taken care of. The nurses were very knowledgeable and took the time to help me understand my medical needs. They eased my nerves and made me feel as though they really cared. The nurse manager even came into my room to make sure I was being well taken care of and offered me aromatherapy which helped me immensely. Everyone was prompt & professional, yet made me feel like a friend. There was people that came to check my skin. They nutrition came and took custom orders for my food. Anesthesia was great and spoke with me before and after surgery. The surgeon was fantastic! He checked on me daily & really went into detail about everything. He took his time and answered all my questions. I’m very grateful that I had such skilled & companionate care.

Staff was extremely friendly and kind for my first ever surgery. They were very informative and showed genuine care for all of my concerns. Best treatment I have ever received at any hospital!

My brother was admitted to this hospital for multiple issues. I visited from out of town and was very happy with care he was receiving. The nurses, CNA's, RT, and physicians were amazing. The doctors kept us in the loop about all medical treatment as well as any updates in his condition. Marykaye and Emilee were the most caring, compassionate, and hard working nurses. Dr. Townsend, Dr. Patel, and Dr. Ge were very important to the medical team, working on my brother's behalf. They made sure everything was put in place to get him transferred for further treatment that was not available at Allenmore. Thank you to ALL staff for a job well done.

Best hospital I've been to! Staff was kind and friendly, knowledgeable and always kept me informed. They were happy to jump on my every need with a quickness. My nurses were all amazing and did their best to make me comfortable. Thank you all and bless you
