Crocs at Citadel Outlets

Love my kakashi Crocs, wish Naruto was available in adult size. I was surprised to find them in store after they were sold out on shoe Palace website

This place is affordable and comfortable, while retaining a sense of style. They often have super sales too, like buy 2 get 1 free! The store loked clean and organized when I purchased my Crocs. I was rung up from a register they opened just for me (as there were 2 people waiting in line at another one and checked out with no hassle. Each pair has lasted me at least 3-4 years too. So solid.

I shopped there today (09-14-23). Employees were very friendly and helpful. Maybe they have had some additional in-service training, improving their customer service skills.

I didn’t want to wear socks, so I bought a pair of crocks, and when I’m home trading stocks, I wear them around the clock. Granted they’re ugly as an ox, but I’ve got swag so I still rock. And when I roll down the block, they look and they stop because my footwear game

Is in a very convenient spot. Crocs are the bomd, and you can wear them anywhere even in the shower I love them now after work I'm going to pick up a couple of Crocs for my girl and stop by harbor tools

Had a return, with a purchase I made on line, Meleni ,was very helpful, in finding the right crocs for me, the picture shows, plenty of choices in colors, mine is the classic, black clog crocs.

There was no store promo at the time of my visit but i wanted to have a pair of Crocs so I got mine! I didn't have any trouble with my purchase and the store sales staff were efficient. 👍

Great experience at this place every single time! I bought my son a pair 6 months ago, his mom last week asked me to exchange them. They did not give me a hard time at all even though she had ripped off the tags. Nice easy exchange, I just paid the difference. They even informed me that I could pick out two more of those little pins for free. Just nice people in general. Store is neatly organized and clean. Would definitely make the trip back here for more crocs!

Searched high and low for a specific pair of orange crocs. This was the only place within 25 miles that had them available. Great store, staff was fantastic.

Went on a Saturday, it is a very organized store for the amount of foot traffic they receive all weekend, the customer service was great. Every worker at some point of my stay asked if I needed help finding a size and the employees were also very knowledgable in the different kinds of shoes they sell.

Good customer service. Fast checkout.. but the wait outside because of covid is crazy waited maybe a hour to get in. Only letting 18 people in at a time.. but overall good selection!!!!!

Expensive, lol. But I'm not used to paying more than $20 for sandals. Overall I know they are very durable and cute. My family matches. 😃

The workers at this store wee Amazimg. This was my second visit this month. The manager who assisted me was wonderful, forgot her name though. Defiantly will be going back oon.

Personally my favorite Crocs store to visit the many times that I’ve gone on my days off I usually run into one of the two young ladies, Sunshine or Vanessa, super sweet and straight to the point when it came to what I’m looking for. The only time I ever leave empty handed is when they don’t have my size other than that they always help look for what I need or find something similar to what I want, Keep up the great work sweeties !
