Disney Store

Such a great store and possibly the only one in town. They have collectibles, toys and great costumes.

Great place for Disney lovers. Its part of citadel outlets. Lotta options to see and browse. You have every high streer outlet here. Parking is not a problem. You may have to walk a lot ar times. Food court is huge with many high street fast food chains. Its one full day family day out thing. Def recommend this place for shopping with good discounts.

Loved the dollar amount and quantity of mark downs, keep it up and increase variety and inventory and it will be perfect 🙂😃

Great place to come looking for Bargains Bring your wallet you will need it

I love this Disney store because they always have really amazing deals and I can always get my boyfriend something that you really enjoys. I like it when they have their little bags on sale because otherwise I just can't bring myself to spend that much money for something that really can't hold all that much. Even if it is super cute. Lines can be long.

Pretty cool shop, kids loved it but still pricey as it's classic Disney

Great store with a very helpful staff. We always stop after a disneyland trip to get items at a better than park price.

Super Low Prices and helpful staff

The normal Disney stores can get pretty pricey so I love that there is a Disney outlet store near me! The products are a little outdated but they are on sale which is great because my daughter LOVES Disney. It’s normally pretty busy which is to be expected but my daughter loves coming here (and so do I, no shame!) so it’s worth the hassle.

Very clean and nice store. I didn't see anything I wanted but they had some nice merchandise.

Service:
All the cast members are nice and helpful. Met Phillip, who was helpful at explaining Mickey Memories merchandise and store layouts. He was even helpful at giving advice to check out the other Disney stores in the area. I had another cast member asked me if I needed a shopping bag. Pretty rare to be asked at a Disney store.

Cleanliness:
Everything is where they are supposed to be. Items are usually in stock. They are quick to refold shirts and put back items in their original location.

Ambience:
The store is quite big. Lot of space to walk around. The clearance is located on the back right near the register. All the new merchandise is in the front. They use color stickers to help differentiate the sales items, which came in handy. They have a good selection of Disney parks merchandise.

Went so I could get my brick and mortar disney store fix. Was pleased with the wide variety of items that they had for an outlet store. Guess being that close to the park has perks! Staff was helpful and friendly.

This is the only Disney store still open around me. Unfortunately, all of them have been closed permanently. I love Disney, and I enjoy taking my girls shopping here. This is a really nice store with very good deals.

In and out quickly . Small outlet but enough of everything Disney to choose from

Amazing deals! Amazing products! Great location! I find myself coming here a lot more than usual. The store is a bit small but if you come as soon as it opens, you can beat the crowd by about 2 hours.

Great place to find Disney merch on discount. Store in clean and organized. Staff friendly and helpful.

They had a great deal going on

Employees are always helpful and very attentive. One of the cashiers was very understanding as I had forgotten to bring back an item from almost 2 years ago that had been left with the security device. I handed her the receipt and she was able to remove it for me.
