First visit was after an emergency eye appointment across the street. We needed a harness asap and love that they allow dogs. Wonderful staff helped us fit our Chesapeake, despite the difficulty with his eyes and the cone. I believe the gentleman was Mark. We went back the next day to finish our shopping.

Great fireplace area to sit, chat with family, and take photos for the holidays. My sister loves her jeans she bought here, too. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful shopping experience.

wow first time at the store. So big, so many products, great customer service. We are definitely going back soon. We were looking for rain coats and a large selection for our kids.

This is definitely not a regular store. It feels like you’re walking into an outdoor themed attraction. It’s huge and they have everything related to outdoor life. The store is presented well with a great layout to make it easy for you to find everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bring your kids, they will love this place!

My first time came here. The interior concept is amazing, shopping mall but kinda looks like jurassic world! And some of the clothes are affordable price.

I drove an extra hour out of my way to go here because the salesmen in the other stores wouldn't help me... Here they were more than welcoming and went out of their way to help me I ended up purchasing several things including a new crossbow black powder supplies,and New pair of hunting boots.. thanks guys appreciate your help

Bass Pro Shops is like stumbling upon a road trip paradise – a prime spot to let the kids burn off some energy. The turnstile entrance sets a cool tone, making it more than just a pitstop. This place is a retail giant, with a massive fish tank and critter sculptures turning it into a family adventure. And the charming fishing hut near the bathrooms? Quirky and picture-worthy. Even though we didn't explore every corner, we stumbled upon some awesome $5 Bass Pro Shop hats. It's a haven for family finds, and we left wishing we had more time to fully soak in the laid-back, adventure-filled vibes of this retail wonderland. I would highly recommend stopping here if you’re ever in the area!

Highly recommend this store. Although the hun counter is a long long wait, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on both pistol and handguns. They keep the line moving to the extent possible. Cashiers are always friendly as well. They have good prices and are always decently stocked!!

Many outdoor gears and clothing to choose from, and great picture opportunities. Love the patriotism. Convenient location next to I-5.

This is a great place to visit and take our young son , especially when it's raining and nothing to do. Awesome fishing and outdoor gear, and we love staring at the huge fish tank. Staff is Friendly and helpful. They did a great job making this place a cool to visit! We miss the aquatic bowling restaurant. I think its important to support places like to keep this place open, and buy our family adventure equipment here. They have great options and good prices as well. Too much online shopping will put stores out of business, consider coming here for your fishing camping and hunting stuff! They have awesome clothes gifts and toys too!

I have purchased several guns from here, and I always get knowledgeable and professional service from these guys. Very fun store to shop!!

I could go 5 mins from the house to get our fishing license but instead we drive 20 mins to Bass Pro where we can talk to knowledgeable staff about fishing and hunting…and of course checking out the store for gear while your here! Such a fun place to visit especially with little ones!

A cathedral to PNW fishing, hunting, outdoor activities. Murals, aquarium, taxidermied animals of all sizes, cultivated decor, so Very well done one doesn't need to fish to enjoy and appreciate visiting the store. Visiting others may be the focus of a road trip, it was That Good.

The gentleman in the fishing equipment was outstanding. I went in to get a new rod n reel for Mt husband I have no idea what I'm looking for so I asked this man in the fishing gear for help he came over gave me the whole run down of what's in each pole what each reel does. I left with a smile and a great gift.

We were going Dungeness Crab fishing. Got supplies, license and a lot of good and helpful advice from a very enthusiastic sales assistant. We're very grateful for his help.

Bass Pro shop is provides an excellent value for your dollar while also creating a fun environment to shop in. The Tacoma store is located conveniently off I-5. The store is well stocked and tidy. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Overall Bass Pro offers an excellent shopping experience.

I was very impressed with the overall size of the store and with the variety of merchandise. The sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The decor was set like the great outdoors. I really loved the focal point of the stuffed bears, cougars and more. I enjoyed watching the fish swim, it seemed other customers enjoyed them as well. What a great family store.

We've been customers since this store opened. It has always been a positive experience. We've enjoyed all the photo opportunities they've provided .
We're sorry to see restaurant and bowling alley came to a closure. Hopefully it'll reopen in the future!!
