I have been going to Setiba for several years. The office is extremely immaculate. The staff is friendly and inviting. They offer so many exceptional services at reasonable prices. The practitioners are knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Setiba for all of your beauty enhancements.

Let me start by saying that I don’t often write reviews unless I feel the business is exceptional. Setiba is one of those places! From the friendly and knowledgeable staff to the cutting edge procedures, I can’t recommend them enough! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I have done Botox filler and Morpheus 8 and I am very happy with the results! They will make you look like you only younger and more refreshed. If you have been thinking about rejuvenating yourself, wait no more!

I heard about Setiba from a friend and purchased packages for Morpheus8 and Agnes a few months ago. I really can’t sing their praises enough. My face has completely transformed. I still look like myself but more youthful and honestly healthier. My skin has a constant glow to the point where people stop me in the street and ask what skincare I use. Well - it’s not just skincare! It’s the treatments I’ve been getting at Setiba. Thank you to the staff and nurses who take great care of me every time I visit. The office is so beautiful and always clean. I feel comfortable asking questions and never feel rushed. Can’t recommend this place enough.

This office is consistent on all levels.Prices, the multitude of offerings, etc. But what stands out for me is the level of service I’ve received from every person I’ve encountered. They go above and beyond to keep their customers happy and I have definitely become a regular there!

I received a Morpheus 8 treatment and it was exceptional, both in terms of results and the overall experience. As a man it can be intimidating to go to a medspa and find ways to improve your look without it being obvious you’ve done something drastic. From the first phone call I had with Setiba’s front desk to the treatment and aftercare, I’ve felt comfortable and never judged. The nurses really listened to what I wanted to achieve and made suggestions on what treatments to get. It’s been about a month since I got Botox and a couple facials and I look and feel great. I look like myself but a more rested version. I never thought I’d be getting facials but here I am. They’ve done wonders for my skin.

Wow, where do I even begin with my experience at Setiba Medical Spa in Westlake Village, this spa is an oasis of pure relaxation and luxury!

I took the plunge and tried their Diamond Glow Facial. I'll admit, I was drawn in by the ritzy name, but oh boy, did it live up to the hype! From the get-go, the entire treatment felt amazing on my skin. The gentle diamond-tipped exfoliation whisked away all the stresses of the week, and the infusion of those lush serums afterward? Pure bliss!

My skin's never felt this refreshed! It's like it took a deep breath and came back to life. Those tiny lines? Smoothed out. My complexion? Glowing like I've just returned from a tropical vacay.

The real MVP of the day was the aesthetician. Not only was Emilia super knowledgeable, but she had this calming vibe that put me right at ease. She chatted me through the steps, sharing little tips and tricks for skincare, making the entire process feel like a day out with a friend.

I had the morpheus8 face treatment done at Setiba and I’m loving the results. Jordan was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the process. I was nervous about the pain of the facial treatment but Jordan did a great job preparing me before the appointment and on the day of. I have acne scars from my early 20’s and they are so much smoother after the treatment. Jordan is wonderful at what she does and truly cares about beauty, wellness and customer service. I highly recommend this place! Ask for Jordan!

Amazing!!! Emilia is awesome and I will go back as soon as my 4 weeks have elapsed for For a second treatment . I can’t use the numbing cream because I have an allergic reaction so I never use it for any treatment that requires it therefore I had the treatment without it and Emilia did an awesome job ! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure and took her time. The rest of the staff were lovely, very helpful, and pleasant- I received a call prior to my appointment to go over my medical history, I also got an email and a text as a reminder. Very professional, high end, and beautifully decorated office. I would go back any time. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve done a round of about 6 laser hair removal treatments so far, so I’ve been coming to Setiba for a good amount of time and have been continually impressed. All the staff are so wonderful and do a great job. The results are great and the experience is one of the best I’ve had at a med spa. Would definitely recommend!
