AT&T Store

Kristina was amazing, super helpful, and super efficient.

I went to the other AT&T store in Thousand Oaks to convert an old phone number and they turned me away citing that “prepaid and postpaid AT&T don’t talk to each other”. I drove down the street to this store and Kristina took care of it quickly.

The other guys work off commission and didn’t consider my customer service issue worthy of their time, highly suggest anybody work with this store instead.

Briana was quick to help the problem on my cell phone and update the information on my account. This is a great store and i highly recommend going there. She was so helpful. I will be back the next time if i have any other issues. Kristina is a great help! I highly recommend this store and her for anything, whether it be getting a new phone, a better plan or updating your information. She really helped us out. Thanks again!

Katrina Was very knowledgeable and helped me get my data plan back working again. She really knows both the AT&T plans and the iPhone very well. She can fix anything! Best place to go if you have a problem.

The store rep Jose was great to work with. He is quick and makes the process simple. He's also very friendly.

Came in to help my mom switch her phone service from Spectrum and Kristina helped us out. She was super friendly and helpful, and let us know that my mom could trade in her phone for the latest model for a very low monthly cost so we did that. Very happy with our visit and the customer service!

Bryanna had excellent customer service. I was really impressed with her ability to help me with the issue I was having with my phone, and quickly provide me with getting me another phone. She was kind, friendly, assertive, and efficient at her job. I'm grateful I came to this store.

The other day my family and I went to Costco to get a set of new phones, and to transfer the data from our old phones to our new ones we had to go to an atnt store. Although the store was very busy today, Jose helped us transfer a lot of phone data over, and he was very kind and helpful throughout the process. He even stayed past his closing time to help us out. When I tell you Kristina is the best, I mean it!! I came to the store to help my little sister get a SIM card and new phone set up, and Kristina was so welcoming and warm and kind. Not only did she provide efficient service, she went out of her way to answer any and all questions, give us the best possible deals, and take care of all our needs, not one overlooked. She is such a genuine person, you can tell she wants the best for you. I feel lucky to have just met and converse with her, I didn't want to leave haha! Overall had a great experience :)

I came into the store because my discount was not showing. Dee and briana got on the phone and helped me in every way! The first customer service representative on the phone Travis has the worst customer service! He did not want to help at all, told me I don’t qualify, he was also super rude to dee and briana for trying to help me! The Second Lady we spoke to was very helpful. I’m so happy I came in the store, dee and briana are wonderful and went above and beyond for me! I appreciate them so much! 1000/1000!

Kristina was great and really helped explain my bill to me. I was thinking of switching services but after she explained everything to me, and helped me change my plan to fit my needs better, I didn't feel the need to anymore.

After having trouble trying to add my tablet over the phone I went to the AT&T off Kanan rd just to find out they were closed. Called to this one to be sure they were open, went in and Jose helped me. He was tending to a customer when I walked in but still gladly made time for me. I had to get back on the road and he helped me so quickly and was very friendly! Awesome customer service!

Kristina was the absolute best rep I’ve ever had when walking into an AT&T store. She was so kind, attentive, and explained everything to me so well. I was upgrading to an iPhone 14 pro and she made the process of trading in my old phone easy as can be! Would definitely recommend this location to any AT&T customer.

I had Kristina on 9/16 for the upgrade for the new iPhone pro max. Her service was effortless and beyond patient. She walked me thru the upgrade with my current plan and prepped my phone with accessories. She is your go to! Thank you for your help , I love my phone.

I went in to get a new SIM card and was helped immediately by Brianna. She went above and beyond in helping me. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes thanks to her. Would definitely come back here if I have any issues.

I walked into the AT&T Store on 3845 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd today 3-5-23 to update our old phones with (2) IPhones-13 and we couldn’t have been more Pleased !! Briana Martinez was very friendly, extremely helpful and super professional !! She took the time to thoroughly explain our options in the plan that we have now . This is my 2nd visit to this store and I honestly feel their Team reflects all that is “Excellent” in the world !! Customer Service skills are 2nd to none!! Briana also told the time to install the plastic screen saver cover . Helped me also to navigate the programs on our phones. on our phones impact and benefits. Briana Martinez has incredible customer service skills and should be applauded !! Thank you - Briana. What a Wonderful visit !!
