Premier Financial was very helpful, in instructing me on what documents I would need for my taxes to be found.

At Premier Financial, they educated me on software to use, and how to stay ahead of the game far as being organized all year long, so I don’t have to rush and would have a efficient way of managing my expenses.

If I had any questions I could always call and they helped me get a speedy refund, and I referred a couple friends and family and they had great results as well.

They only problem with this company is, that they care to much, they relentlessly keep you up to date with their process and make sure you get everything nessessary for the to get you stellar results.

I met Archie in front of the WalMart store in Burbank. He was handing out flyers for taxes. I asked if he could do my taxes and get me my stimulus money. He said yes he could. He prepared my taxes in March and I did not get my money until late May. It took a while, but he came through for me. Foreigner here who lived (and left) the US. I asked Archie to do my taxes since I no longer live in the US. He requested a US bank account to do them. When I told him I didn't have a US bank account, he proposed a few places on where to get one, including getting Paypal to give me one (which they don't, unless you live in the US). I went to submit, under his request of opening a bank account, my information to so many banks, and at the end I couldn't open an account with any since they won't give an account to someone that no longer lives there anymore.

Terrible service. At the end, he stated that "he didn't want to deal with this now" (which later on he responded saying "it was a risk", I guess he doesn't want to have foreigners get his services because we're all risks?). I guess he was all up for quick tax preparation wins rather than "friendly services".

**Edit:** After the "owner" posted an update, he stated "it was a risk not willing to take". His risk was doing the taxes on someone that no longer lives there. I'll leave it to the reader to decide.
