During the recent freeze, I had a burst pipe, and Adam and David came out at 8pm at night to fix it. Prior to calling, the best I'd been able to get with anyone was a week away! Can't imagine how I would have lived for a week without water! They were quick, professional and very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!

Thank you to Rick Wilson plumbing! Our pipes froze during the freeze like everyone else. He answered the phone at 7:15am on Saturday and gave us tips to try and thaw everything ourselves. We called midday asking more questions and he was happy to answer and help how he could. By 3pm we decided nothing we were doing was helping and needed a professional. He was here by 5:30pm. We ended up having a frozen well head and cracked pipe in the pump house. He thawed everything, fixed the pipe and insulated the well head. Everything was fixed within an hour. We have water! and he was as pleasant as can be even though he was going on 12 hours of working and had 6 more stops after us! 😳 I hope we don’t have anymore plumbing issues but if we do, I’ll 100% be calling Rick Wilson plumbing.

Natural gas water heater replacement. They used a quality product, priced the job very competitively, and were fast, clean, and courteous. Adam was great. Would use them again, no question.

Shane and Axel, nice young men, on the dot,7:30 am; took off their boots.  Our upstairs shower was leaking around faucets in the tub; water running down inside walls leaking into living room ceiling.  These guys diagnosed the problem; resealed the fixtures;. You can bet they will be on our speed dial!

I cannot say enough good about Adam and Axel from Rick Wilson Plumbing. Our water heater had been out for almost a week (turns out, 12 years is a good long life for their species). Another plumber strung us along for several days only to let me know on the day he was supposed to be there, after I asked when he would be there, that he wasn’t going to make it. I called Adam, who said he could replace it the next day, for cheaper than the other guy, for a much better water heater. He texted me the next day to let me know he was going to be EARLY. He and Axel showed up, replaced the water heater, brought everything up to code, and hauled the old one away in just a little over an hour. Efficient, honest, friendly, and punctual. We will be calling Rick Wilson Plumbing again if we need anything else.

We did a huge remodel of a 1990 built home in Gig Harbor. Adam with Wilson plumbing was very professional and courteous. Although we had some problems after the completion of the project. We called Adam and he said that he guaranteed his work and came out the same day to fix it. It is rare to see a company now a days that will stand behind their work. I highly recommend their service.

We did a large addition and installed a new hot water tank. Adam and his assistant were amazing and very responsive. I recommend them to everyone for their residential projects.

Adam and his apprentice did an awesome job. They were very professional and showed up just as scheduled. We did a addition to add an additional bathroom and they did a amazing job. I will be calling them for anything I need in the future water related.

Adam is our hero! He saved us from a disastrous water main break in the forest behind our property. He is professional, on time, honest, courteous, efficient, and the best ever. We thank him so much for making what seemed a horrible situation easy to fix. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Outstanding service, and a great attitude

I needed to have a bathroom faucet/sink installed so I called to set up an appointment. Adam told me it would have to be 2 months out (which meant I'd be without a bathroom sink/faucet for 2 months) but I decided to wait for him and booked the appointment. The appointment was for 2pm. By 2:25 there was still no sign of him so I gave him a call. He answered and had forgotten about the appointment. He said he'd pull over and try to figure out what happened and call me right back. He never called me back. I tried calling him again and he wouldn't pick up. After waiting 2 months for the appointment very disappointing and unprofessional.

Called to see about a plumbing repair. Was told they don't do repairs and seek elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend
