Did not follow Title 22 protocol. So due to EMS personnel not taking a disoriented patient on December 21st 2020. They patient is now in the hospital by a different station in critical condition. The EMS team members fabricated their assessment.

UPDATE 12/25/2020
Patient is no deceased as of the 23rd. Rule of thumb for the pre hospital service. Is a quick and timely response. To follow title 22 "duty to act" which they failed by letting a disoriented patient make a decision to not want to be taken to the hospital. They are to take against his will especially when he had no family members. Plus they did not have him sign an "AMA" which means the team members tried to convince him to go but he refused, again he is eligible to sign it if he is fully alert and oriented. With also a GCS of 15. HE WAS NOT. I then called again and the same unit (platoon A) RA, a little Latin rookie and Asian partner (just for ID purposes) responded again. This time wasting valuable minutes by arguing with me and never took out their equipment or gurney and failed to make patient contact. As they felt to threaten me by calling the police as I said I was a medic myself and I know the laws. I been one for 22 years. Well guys. Look now. If you knew his diagnosis he would be alive today. You guys have my number
This is not over
