I haven't been there for along time, the lines do get long. I prefer to pay online even though it costs more. It is just more safer.

I do not put 5 stars because my issue is not solved but I trust that this time Veronica and her team are going to fix this computer glitch. I was really impressed by the kindness and willingness to help of the lady at the front desk and the team supervisor, Veronica. People make all the difference.

In and out very unusual no one in line walked up and that was it, if you have all your paperwork and forms ready. Cleck was even nice a first-time ever experience! I think rain had a lot to do with it

When I needed a copy of the tax bill for my new home, I requested one via their website. That was pretty straightforward. But, that was in November, and I have yet to receive it. So I called and survived their phone tree system, which took me a few minutes to get through. Call their 888 number and press 1, then press 2 and listen to a long pointless message, then press 9. You'll be put on a long hold before someone will answer. I waited about 30 minutes. Due to the mistakes they make and the long wait times, I believe they are understaffed. The rep was professional and immediately told me she'd mail me a copy today. Hopefully I'll get it soon.
