Excellent Customer Service! They went above and beyond to make sure that my husband‘s suit and pants were ready as soon as was humanly possible. They quoted me three days and had it ready the day after I dropped it off. I have used them a couple of times before, as we just moved to the area, and I will continue to come back to them. Everyone who works here is extremely polite, courteous, and kind. I would highly recommend this business!

Just an update: Last week, we had a large comforter and shams that needed cleaning. They noticed me getting it out of my car in the parking lot and came out to carry it for me. It was cleaned to perfection!!

Agoura Cleaners is the most amazing dry cleaners! They could teach a class in extra-polite customer service. After we picked up our perfectly cleaned, large order, we received a handwritten thank you note, thanking us for our business! We have never even heard of this kind of service, much less experienced it!

My brother had recently passed away and I needed to have his suit dry cleaned for his funeral services. It was a horrible time for me and my family. This is when I met Nav, who was the kindest and most sympathetic to our loss of my brother. Nav offered to drop off my brother’s suit to our hotel. She refused to take any payment for her services and went beyond what is expected. It is so nice to see a business that cares about people and understands the hardships of life. I don’t live in Agoura but if I did I would bring all my business to this incredible lady. I highly recommend them for the excellent customer service and just great people. Thanks Nav for everything! They do a great job with alterations. The owner is always super friendly and nice. They make my clothes look good.

This is the most efficient and honest drycleaner I’ve ever dealt with. I just started using them after the California Wildfire, they have been so helpful in keeping everything organized, very pleasant to do business with. I actually look forward to going in for pick up and drop off because the attitude of this owner is so customer service oriented and kind. Very rare to find a business who treats customers well these days.

When we first moved to Agoura Hills about a year ago I first tried two other dry cleaners. At the first place they were just rude and the second place ruined all my husband's shirts. Then I found Agoura Cleaners. You can't find better customer service anywhere and the clothes come out looking great. I will never take our stuff anywhere else.
