Really enjoyed meeting the owner and getting a tour of the factory. I’ve had a lower back problems and know that I needed a new bed for a long time. I truly trusted Rick to help me as he is so knowledgeable for the best bed for me . His other staff also was extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable and kind . looking forward to receiving my bed soon.

We have loved our Tempflow Mattress and that is why we are purchasing another after 10 years. The customer service is great the delivery flawless. We sleep well and it’s half the price of the big box stores. Nice firm and cool.

Still love my Tempflow Flexia mattress after 10 years! Feels as good as new. That speaks to the great quality of their product and warranty. Overall, the quality or the mattress, along with excellent customer service, exceeded my expectations!

Came in and bought a Cozy Cloud mattress and pillow that was initially shown to us by Bredon, then Rick sold to us. Both were very nice and helpful! Made sure that all of the specifications of the mattress were to our liking and kept it within our budget! Had a great experience here and would recommend!

Their store holds various selections with excellent quality and scientifically made mattresses. He gave me plenty of options to choose from and gave me couple of discounts. I have had multiple back and neck surgeries with fusions and hardware. I've lived with chronic pain 25yrs. I had the original Tempurpedic mattress adjustable bed system for 20 yrs and thought it was great. Recently as a result of osteoarthritis in both hips and back from all my surgeries, I have been in constant pain again. Rick took very good care of me in choosing the right bed system. I purchased the UltraBed Elite Gel Foam set up and I cannot begin to describe how incredibly comfortable it is. Paired up with their trademark Bamboo sheets and bamboo memory foam pillows, I have had the best sleep I've had in years. Since receiving the bed I have not need to take pain meds to sleep on or needed to raise my bed but for one time, it is so........comfortable. Beds are important. Rick and his staff will help you select what is best for you and your individual needs. If you have chronic back/neck problems like I do, it is worth every dollar you spend to purchase the elite gel foam bed. And, you should definitely purchase the sheets and pillows; they are nothing like I have ever slept on and I've tried everything under the sun to give me comfort.

Our mattress was 30% of the cost compared to its comparable Tempur pedic model & in my opinion MORE comfortable. This is truly a diamond in the rough, do not miss out on this. The high-quality memory foam in the mattress I bought--formally the SupremeContour Firm, now the changed to the SupremeConforma Firm--rivals that of Tempur-pedic, and I know this because I've owned two Tempur-pedic's. My new TempFlow Pillow, is the perfect support and comfort for my head and neck. For the first time in my life I feel my head and neck are aligned with my body as I fall asleep. In the past I would wake up with neck issues and it could be close to an hour before getting back to sleep. Now, I find I am not waking up and or experiencing any neck cramps or pain at night or during the day. Thank you Dr Rick - wish I had found you sooner and grateful I have your miracle pillow now!

We just ordered our new Tempflow Copia mattress and the customer service was excellent. Gerald educated us on all of the different types of mattresses, and was patient while we asked lots of questions and took our sweet time to make a decision. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the market for a new mattress!

Gerald helped us a great deal in making our mattress selection. He explained the differences between each type of mattress and how they would affect our sleeping patterns. When we made our final selection, he simplified the process and enabled us to complete our purchase with a minimum of effort.

Worked with both Aaron and Gerald they were both very knowledgeable in all aspects and were very helpful. They worked out an amazing deal for me and were completely transparent with the cost. Having a 4 month sleep trial and a 30yr warranty gives me peace of mind in regards to my purchase.
