Mark and his team were truly unbelievable to work with!
I am from the East Coast and was here for my daughter’s wedding 2 days before the event.
I took him numerous items to be steamed, tuxes , dresses, bridesmaids silk robes, wedding dress with multiple layers of long tulle and appliqués.
He was able to assure me that all would be done on time and it was!!
Perfect condition of every single item!
I thank him immensely!

This dry cleaners is AMAZING. Alterations are accurate and affordable. Items are always ready on time. I have taken items in that I thought were stained beyond repair and they cleaned them like new!

This dry cleaners has incredible service. I called in for a same day dry cleaning of my suit for my interview, and they waived the fee since it was for an interview! The thought behind this is very meaningful. The suit came out pristine, too. I highly recommend.

I had to find a Cleaner with long hours of operation to be able to pick up my professional suits and dress shirts after work. This place is absolutely amazing and they even have patched a few small tears and buttons for me. Mark has been absolutely amazing and accommodating to my crazy tight work schedule and has always exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend North Ranch Cleaners II. Ask for Mark!

Mark (owner) has really helped me out in a time of crisis. I called Mark during the covid pandemic (recently) and explained that I'm a full-time caregiver for my very ill father that lives with me and my washing machine started to leak and then the bearings to the motor were also worn out. I was doing at least 3 loads of laundry a day for my dad. Well, Mark offered to pick up and deliver our laundry whenever we needed it cleaned with the great fluff and fold service he offers! He also did a fantastic job dry cleaning our business suits too!

The cleaning he does with the fluff and fold service does a much better job of cleaning my dad's clothes and soiled bedding too than I could ever do even when I pretreated and double rinsed it.

The best part of Mark helping me in picking up and dropping off my dad's laundry which makes my life a little easier and I can focus on caring for my dad.
