Lustacious

I called Lustacious at 2:30 on Wednesday to order a pair of shoes that I needed by Friday. Even though they don't normally offer Express shipping, they made an exception for me. They even went so far as to inspect the shoes before packing, and make a special trip to the Post Office to be sure the package went out. You don't commonly find this level of customer service any more! I would not hesitate to purchase additional shoes from them. Lustacious, you have a very satisfied customer. Thank you!

I have spent several days and many hours going back and forth to simply exchange my order for the correct size. I have called this company several times and received no answer. I have gone back and forth with emails. They keep sending me the same response which is: I need to fill out the form in the box. I have informed them several times THAT THERE IS NO FORM!
After days and hours spent on the phone, live chatting, and emails my issue has not even been close to resolved. Now they want me to spend MORE THAN HALF of the cost of the shoes to return them for an exchange. I have NEVER had such a HORRIBLE experience. NOBODY should ever have to spend this much time OR MONEY, on their Christmas vacation trying to make an exchange. Lustacious is unable to be reached by phone and they answer your emails when they are good and ready. I work for a small family business and when our customers are not satisfied, WE MAKE IT RIGHT!
