America First Credit Union (inside Lin's Market)

Someone hacked into my internet account and was able to get access to everything including my bank account with America first credit union. The bank noticed immediately and put a block on my account twice about a month apart from each other. Thank you America first credit union. It’s good to know that someone is there to protect our interest.

I got an auto loan through AFCR through the dealership and my first visit stopping by to figure out online banking and setting up auto-pay was a great experience. I wish I had remembered the young man at the counter's name, because he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and had fantastic customer service. Very excited to work with AFCU.

First time going to this branch. They were great. Fast and friendly.

“It will be easier to go get a cashiers check from your bank then us to release the funds that we already deducted from your bank and to come in and pay your bill” instead of using the app we made you download last time you came into pay. Why is it so hard to make a car payment? And instead of your teller being kind and understanding she was extremely rude. Yes, going 2 places out of my already busy day is more convenient than paying online. This is why we don’t bank here and the last time we will get a loan here. Your teller is in extreme need of soft skills training.

Only place i have ever tried to deposit cash and was told I couldn’t for a 13 year old alert on my account that wasn’t cleared for some unknown reason.
