I didnt know much about rings besides what I could find online about grades, but from the start Andre worked with me to figure out which style, budget to get the grand idea. Then, promptly Natalie send over concepts for me to approve.

Andre & Natalie are very special people. They have been my go-to place for 20 years. They make all my custom pieces and a set of silver, gold and diamond grips for some very special set of 1911 pistols. They communicate very well, and I trust them with everything. I went to and called TEN DIFFERENT jewelers to fix my watch, some were saying it wasn’t fixable at all and others said it would take 1-2 weeks. But these guys fixed it within A SINGLE DAY. Not only that but they charged a super fair price! 100% worth it. I will always go to these guys for any of my watch repair needs from now on and if you’re reading this, you should too.

I highly recommend Jewels Quest for any of your jewelry needs. Andre and Natalie are so professional and accommodating. They helped me design and set my engagement ring and were SO patient with me when I decided to change my design last minute. Service was efficient and QUICK! It came out PERFECT!

Andre also helped us clean and replace a stone (that required a specific rare cut) on an heirloom ring and it came back more beautiful than ever.

After reading reviews I had to visit. After meeting Andre and others, I felt comfortable to give them my engagement ring to fix and polish. Wow! What a difference. Looks brand new and he fixed a couple of platinum setting breaks. Andre also showed me what the previous jeweler had skimped on, using white gold instead of platinum, supposedly fixing the prongs last time. A jeweler in Brentwood. Now I have my go to! Quest, thank you for your knowledge and honesty.

Andre is very honest and he got me a great deal on my engagement ring! Answered all my questions throughout the whole process!

I would rAte 10 stars. Best Jeweler ever been to. Andre is pleasant, accommodating and fair priced. He has both designed pieces, bought precious metals from me, helped my husband choose best gift as he knows what his customers like. Watch battery and repair a must one stop shop. Cleans my jewelry free when I think it is looking bad. I will bring 5-10 pieces snd he cleans them like new free. Cannot say enough things about this great family run business. I found this store years ago. I had a 2 carat diamond ring that I needed to get reset. I had been to the downtown LA diamond district as well as several stores in Los Angeles and Conejo Valley. All of whom quoted me more than I wanted to spend and not exactly what i wanted. Jewelry Quest custom designed and made me the perfect setting and showed me everything on a 3D model beforehand. The price and quality of what they gave me was amazing! It’s far and away one of the best decisions that I have made jewelry wise. I’m consistently impressed with their work and how hard they strive to provide amazing quality items and wonderful customer service. I recommend them to everyone who compliments my jewelry.

The absolute best jewelry store! Natalie will custom design anything. She redesigned my engagement ring. Gorgeous! Andre is wonderful. He stayed open for me on a Monday because he knew I was driving down from Santa Barbara. His prices are the best too. I cannot say enough. I’m taking all my loose stones in now to have a necklace made. Absolutely would recommend!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I’ve been going to Andre @ Jewels Quest for years. There’s no other jeweler or jewelry store I’d trust to receive the highest quality/beautiful jewelry I’ve ever owned. Every piece I’ve had made, bought, or received as a gift from Andre @ Jewels Quest has been perfect. I’m 100% confident if the day came if it wasn’t perfect, Andre would make it perfect right away - no questions asked.

His wife partners with him and is a gem. She assists and is just as professional and friendly as Andre. Their communication when designing pieces is amazing. Emails, phone calls, etc. To ensure your piece is perfect. The most recent pieces they made for me are two diamond band rings to match my engagement ring. They came out beautiful as can be and are making our wedding day even more exciting! Andre made suggestions to my fiancé and I and made the process of picking the perfect diamond bands simple, easy, stress free, and cost efficient.

My sister has been going to Andre for years also. My soon to be mother-in-law changed jewelers and now goes to Jewels Quest too. I recommend him to all my family and friends. I’d never go anywhere else.

When reading these reviews initially, I was a little hesitant. After my experience, I realize the reviews are honest and true. Andre and his wife Natalie, are the sort of people that make you feel like family, making sure you're comfortable and satisfied. We asked them to breakdown a ring and completely redesign a new one, and boy did they sure follow through on what they delivered. Like I told my wife yesterday, if I had to drive an hour just to visit Jewels Quest to have them help with a custom design again, I would do it without hesitation, and maybe even just to stop in and say hi. I couldn't recommend them highly enough, and you'll really just have to go see for yourselves. The BEST experience I could have imagined!!

I loved my experience at Jewels quest! I have a marquis diamond engagement ring and wanted something custom for my wedding band! Andre is meticulous and wants the customer to be happy when they leave and I can definitely say I was more than pleased with my experience! He created a band that perfectly accents my engagement ring without taking away from its beauty. We also purchased my fiancé’s wedding band here as well! Highly recommend!

I came to Jewels Quest to customize an engagement ring for my fiance, and the ring came out incredible. I don't think anyone could have done a finer job than Jewels Quest. The placement and presentation of the stones are exquisite, and it was also great to see a digital version of the ring before production so as to make any final comments/changes to the design. Both Andre and Natalie are the best at what they do, and they were very accommodating to what I envisioned for the ring, plus provided excellent advice and recommendations as well. I couldn't recommend anywhere else but Jewels Quest!

I had a vision for a custom ring and Andre gave me his honest professional input throughout the entire process from design to final product. The ring turned out to be beyond my expectations and he was not only transparent about the price, his pricing was significantly better than any jeweler in our area.
