As soon as i saw the suzuki Jimny in the parking lot I was confident I was in the right place to take my 1996 suzuki x90.

Great place to buy a car!!!!! I thought! Have had nothing but problems with the car I have bought here. Have taken it in numerous times, been lied to, and overcharged! Sent a friend in to get some work done and when he came to pick the car up the cost was a lot more than quoted. Just be careful buying from this place, you might get a lemon, or you might spend extra money for nothing.

After bringing our car to a supposedly GERMAN FOREIGN CAR SPEICALIST in Lynnwood, WA, and leaving it for over a week, we finally got our car and within 2 days our car had issues. $7,000 later and a huge list of things that also needed to be done, which we declined, we took our car. We left and went to Tacoma. We noticed oil leaking from our newly replaced gasket. We noticed oil filled spark plugs. We noticed hoses leaking coolant. We noticed lights coming on warning us of issues. We noticed leaking transmission fluid under the car. Wow, we just had all these serviced, we thought to ourselves. So, we were staying in a hotel near Lakewood Foreign Car and we drove into the business to have the issues checked out. Putting the car up on the hoist, they showed us the issues. We pulled out our invoice, which we just recently paid for, and they found failures in work performed, work that was not done that should have been, and things that were not fixed, in plain site, that should have been. We asked them if they would fix the issues. Lakewood Foreign Auto refused to work on our car (to fix these issues) and told us we needed to bring the car back to the ones that fixed it and make them fix it under warranty. I also asked them what they would have charged for the same services/repairs and this is where the total shock came in. They pulled an actual invoice that someone had paid and it was $2,700. We were charge almost $7,000 for the exact services. We did take our car back to the original mechanics in Lynnwood and were told there was nothing wrong. We even saw these issues with our own eyes and also Lakewood Foreign Auto had us take pictures, just in case there was any issues... and after 2 days the original company didn't find anything wrong...Nothing! so I guess our eyes and the camera were lying! Funny thing, after we got our car back, no more oil leaks, spark plugs clean, and no leaking from the transmission plug. We really felt taken for a ride by this Lynnwood company. Lakewood Foreign Auto did some further work on our car that we requested and also pointed out things that were in plain site and were not addressed earlier, and they were critical things...like hoses that were leaking and needed replaced...filthy filters which were not replaced. Seems that company in Lynnwood only did expensive things and also compiled a huge list of other things that needed to be done. One was replacing the gas tank. there was a small dent in it and they gave us a quote to replace the gas tank because of the dent. Lakewood disagreed with most! Also Lakewood Foreign Auto charges by hours actually worked on your vehicle where the other ( and others ) charge by the book! Big difference... and as you see, from almost $7,000 to less then $3,000, something just don't add up. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LAKEWOOD FOREIGN AUTO FOR ANY REPAIRS TO ANY FOREIGN CAR OR ANY SERVICES. You will be treated with respect, and honesty!! And they won't break your bank account. They treat a customer like family and you don't cheat family! Thank you Lakewood...Peter and Richard. I suggest before anyone gets repairs done, driving to lakewood could save you thousands of dollars and when you drive away, you don't have to worry about something not being done!
