Bought a nice slightly used F 250 Lifted last Saturday. Was there and was a bit busy, but Zach was very helpful and honest. Traded my out my old truck and the price was not bad at all. I tried going to bigger dealerships and they want everything including the kicthen sink. I never shopped at smaller dealers, but Hermosa Motors changed my mind. If I ever need another vehicle I am going back and do business. I recommend that when you are ready to buy a used car or truck make sure you have a decent credit and money to back up your purchase, don't get in overhead and do your research. Remember you still have to pay your car payment, gas, and insurace every month so that 200 becomes 500 a month payment.

Hermosa motors is an awesome company with excellent customer service! Purchased a vehicle, from Brad, last week and have been extremely happy with my decision. I purchased a 13’ BMW 335i sight unseen from Hermosa Motors (Zach). Zach was absolutely fantastic from the first time we talked. He answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns of buying from out of state. Within an hour of our first conversation he had a shipping quote lined up for me and all of the details of the sale worked out. Zach took care of all the paperwork and was very transparent with the details of the out the door price. Zach did an amazing job of keeping me updated throughout the entire process. From our first conversation to the car arriving to me was about 3 weeks. Considering how slow things are moving in the world right now, that's pretty darn good. The shipping broker he works with was also top notch and got my car to me in the same condition that it left in and faster than estimated. The car itself is in the exact condition he said it was, FLAWLESS (remember, I bought the car sight unseen and had to put 110% trust in Zach). So whether you are local to Hermosa Motors or on the other side of the country like me, if you see something you like, give Zach a call. He will take care of you, PERIOD. I suspect this will not be my last time buying a car from him

Bought a pretty rare C32 AMG from Zach and Brad. I made an appointment and Brad was out front to introduce himself. Transaction was straight forward and with no BS. Zach had no problem putting her on the lift, letting me inspect underneath. Was she a perfect car? By no means was she but these guys were not looking to hide anything. 2,000 mile later I've put a lot of time and money into "Dahlia" and she has rewarded me. So thank you Brad for all your follow-up and to Zach for making it happen. If you want a specific vehicle do check them out.

Zach was extremely helpful and responsive in answering all my questions and concerns regarding a car I was interested in. What really stands out is that he takes the time with each customer to provide a personalized buying experience. Went in to look at ML350 2009, black, beautifull...it has hust sold!! But Zach quickly puto me onto an ML350 2011, just beautifull car. Drove it, came back, pacted a very good price and drove it off the lot. Zach is a good salesman and knows what cars can sell. No complaints here, to the contrary, very appreciative of having dealt with Zach and Hermosa Motors.

Initially called and talked to Chris. Made an appointment to see him and the car the next day. I got there early and Chris immediately referred me to Zack while i waited. Right out of the gate Zack was accommodating and very helpful. We actually test drove and basically locked in the deal before Chris arrived. My point by mentioning that is i knew what i wanted to pay and i was honest with them with what i wanted and was willing to pay. Zack was able to make that happen and we couldn't be happier with the car!

I want to make something clear. I was shopping for a car for almost a month and worked with many dealerships and sales people. All the sales people where nice but the dealerships wouldn't even consider a lower offer. To be fair to the other dealerships their asking price was within reason but i wasn't asking much off. just wanted to get close to what i budgeted for the car. Without hesitation or much haggling Zack worked with me and got me a deal that i was happy with. I honestly feel it was a win win deal as he and Chris where super happy as well. They even detailed the car i drove in with! Best cleaning that car has seen in years!

I can't say enough of how happy i am with these guys. Will be back for another car and they know what i am looking for!!

Just purchased a 2015 BMW 435i (spoke primarily with Zach, who returned texts and calls quicker than my Jewish mother) and couldn’t be happier. I’ve seen a couple negative posts about the lot on Google, but keep in mind that these guys buy most of their inventory at auction and only have access to the same Carfax reports as the rest of us, plus whatever their in-house mechanic finds. When buying a used car from an independent lot (not a franchise dealership, etc.) it’s YOUR responsibility as the consumer to have a vehicle inspected by a third party and, ideally, inspect it in person. Couldn’t be happier with the service and loving the car which, per my third-party BMW-certified mechanic, is in fantastic condition. Will check back in for another car in the future.

Seriously, can't say enough positive things about my car buying experience with Hermosa Motors. Not only did they find me the exact make/model/color combination, they got me a quality vehicle at a reasonable price. The customer service was through the roof. I'm always worried about the used car salesman stereotype...but nope, it was ALL GOOD at Hermosa Motors! I've already referred 3 friends and plan on using them to buy my son a vehicle. Highly recommend!

Zack is the most HONEST USED or NEW CAR SALESMAN I have ever dealt with, and Roger the detail guy did a AWESOME job on my SUV. These people are Wonderful. I am so Happy I got the SUV I wanted and my own mechanic said it was worth ever dime I paid. Thank you ZACK & ROGER.
