I am so thankful for our outcome this morning. As someone who is not well versed in written law, I stumbled upon Alicia from My Legal Pit Stop, Legal Technicians. She was able to help me through the whole process and was very knowledgeable about the whole process all the way through the coaching as I had never been in a situation such as mine. I would highly recommend her services, she comes with high education, empathy, compassion and will fight for you!!!!

I am incredibly grateful to Alicia for her extraordinary efforts in helping me regain custody of my son. Going through the court process was incredibly daunting, especially with an ex-partner who seemed motivated by anger and greed, determined to undermine me. I had reached a point of despair, feeling like all hope was lost, but then I found Alicia, I then had hope in my darkest hour. Not only does she possess an extensive understanding of the legal system, but she also exemplifies true empathy, demonstrating just how fiercely she fights for her clients.

Any negative reviews about Alicia must undoubtedly come from the opposing side, as I have personally seen in my ex trying to tarnish Alicia's reputation in the few bad reviews I read. It is clear that my ex and others that opposed Alicia resented her unwavering dedication to protecting me and her other clients. In contrast, I hold an immeasurable amount of love and gratitude for Alicia. I genuinely believe I could never adequately repay her for what she has done for me and my family. Alicia has been absolutely amazing helping me with some matters that needed urgent attention! She was also just a phone call away for a fellow mom that posted in a support group that she needed emergent help for a trial issue. Alicia works amazing under a lot of pressure, is concise, and very strategic!!! Alicia’s rates are a lot more reasonable than paying an attorney and she also did way for me than my attorney did!! She gets five stars from me hands down!!

Alicia, who is a God-send and her team far exceeded my expectations on multiple occasions and I have worked with many legal professionals in my lifetime. My experience with Alicia was amazing! She goes above and beyond to help. She helped me through my high conflict divorce and helped me to the path of regaining custody which I ended up getting. She’s a fighter and truly believes in fighting for what’s right at a cost that’s affordable. She’s very passionate about what she does and shows it every step of the way. I used her to help alleviate some of the costs of having to constantly use my attorney at the time. I Would say she not only did a better job than the attorney I had, but was always available to me when I really needed her and saved me a ton of money. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone in need of help with their family law case from the smallest issues to cases like mine that are of the highest conflicts.

I can't recommend Alicia enough! She has helped me handle the stress that goes along with custody issues and her guidance has allowed me to feel empowered and supported. I used Alicia's services to help make changes in a parenting plan and child support. She was amazing and helped in exactly the ways I needed it! If you have ever tried to make changes after you initially authorize a parenting plan or child support in Washington State, you will know that without agreement by both parties, it is near impossible. Alicia knew what she was doing, was easy to talk to, down to earth, and had several options of service depending on what you needed assistance with. I had already been through divorce and mediation twice, with little to no change in my circumstances even though my original 50-50 responsibilities had increased to almost 90-10. I didn't need another lawyer to handle every last thing (probably just to end back up in mediation with no resolution). But I couldn't figure out exactly what forms were needed, for what step in the process, or what was needed for official service to be in compliance and do things the right way. That is where she came in. She saved the day! She also helped me with basics that I should be ready for when appearing in court on my own behalf. All of my paperwork got reviewed and "trued-up", ensuring the t's were crossed, i's were dotted, and that it sounded professional (not rambling on, as many can do when discussing our ex's). I am now getting over $800/mth where I had been getting exactly $100 for the same amount of care and responsibility I have been providing for years. When you hire attorneys, you usually come to an eventuality (usually mediation) after lots of time, money, and effort on your part more than theirs. You end up doing half the work for them at $5-10k for them to file papers for you! You are the one still digging up years of your own records, answering long questionnaires, but then still have to double check their work for accuracy and even spelling errors (this happened 3 different attorneys over several years). It is a total joke! Alicia's rates were SO MUCH better than an attorney, and it was such a better experience, I truly cannot say enough. Highly, highly recommend!
