M MOTEL

Newly refurbished, clean, and a pleasant environment overall. This place is under new management. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have stayed at this establishment 4 to 5 times overnight and no problems. Very quiet and tranquil.
A year ago I wouldn't have stepped a foot in this place. There was to much unsavory activity going on. And frequent police interventions. There were prostitutes & drug dealers up front loitering & solicitations. It was also a gangster's paradise. To each it's own.
I am just giving my truthful review.
And I am glad the new owners cleaned up the place very nicely. There will always be a mix of everything everywhere you go. But what matters is that you feel safe, the place is clean and you are treated with respect and given great hospitality. After all you are a guest.

I really enjoyed my stay there and it is so reasonable of a price. The staff is very polite and helpful the give you the option of either upstairs or downstairs , and if you would like your room in the front section the middle section or the back section,by the parking lot. Great place

I was a concerned for the area, but I had discovered the most wonderful thing. Like my favorite southern saying"You should never judge a book by its cover. BRAND NEW ROOMS! The tenant and hotel management were extremely hospitable. Wow! One must dig very deep to find a complaint. I am sure by this time next year the very low prices will be gone and hotel prices should double with the increased popularity and demand.

This is no longer a "Motel". It is a transitional housing program for low income families and individuals. Scheduled for demolition next year (2024)

Rooms are pretty big and better tv than the other motels or even inn's around the area. Bed's are big and comfortable, overall experience was really good.

Nice hotel, actually enjoyed my stay there. Sure there is a few bugs every now and then, but hey the rooms are nice! Actually stayed there for 5 whole days, that's how much I liked it and it was affordable!!! :D

I loved it, ththr rooms are excellent, the beds are nice and clean almost new, no roaches, no problems, clean sheets and you can have visitors until a certain hour n they have security

I was actually amazed staying here for 2 nights cause nothing went wrong, clean rooms and very quiet, I slept good

I came into the motel because my family asked me to pay for a room, i came and they were all comfortable in the office waiting for me, i didnt notice the clerk till i walked to the counter and he was sitting there minding his business, and the rooms are beautiful, fridge and all, will come here if i need a spot again

Some rooms are very nice. Don't burn out your welcome cause next time you get the crack head rooms

It's a good price, if you need to just crash and get a good night sleep. If you looking for a luxury suite then this isn't the right choice.

For such a low price it was a very good deal. The staff is helpful. The maids are polite.

M motel houses individuals of homeless in transition to permanent housing with the help of los Angeles county and Union Station homeless services.
