As someone who has been in this business it hard for me to find someone who can meet my expectations but with that said Ricky and the whole Quality auto Crew went far beyond what I was expecting. I work long hours and my Wife has a very busy schedule so it is hard for us to go in and test drive Cars let alone sit in a dealership all day not only did they find the right vehicle but they also stayed well under my price range without having to negotiate. Great little dealership. They helped me out when me and my family was in need of a car. Went above and beyond expectations. Didn't get the Lexus I wanted because down was lil pricey. But I had got the car and 30 days went by or 45 I never received my plates in mail and then I told them my situation and they helped me out. Definitely coming back to get another vehicle. I bought a 2005 Acura MDX from these guys on February 26th, 2020. Buying from them was by far the EASIEST, QUICKEST, & most professional experience I've ever had with an auto dealership! The sales team was NOT pushy AT ALL! I test drove 3 cars while I was there, they didn't rush me or anything. Took my Acura for a pre-buy inspection and it passed with flying colors. The gentlemen that performed my inspection on the vehicle asked what I was buying it for out of curiosity, I told him & he made the comment that he would've paid 2x the amount I was paying for it. The sales team worked with me in every way possible. I WILL be buying from Quality Auto Sales again! I highly recommend them! I was texting with a lady before I drove to the place, and because some miscommunication, i was late for my appointment, but there was somebody that name MESHAL, and when he sees me, very frustrated, he talked to me very calm, and the way he talk to me make me feel calm and relax, MESHAL was talking to me like a real friend ( he knows me only for a minute) but the way he handle the situation, was above and beyond, MESHAL was very professional , I have to come back next day, and believe me, MESHAL do all the paperwork and the sale in a very professional manner, I really and highly recommend this business because MESHAL and everyone will make you feel like a family member, I got the car off my dreams and very happy, thank you MESHAL 👍.

I just bought a car from this dealership and the car broke down 48 hours later and I contacted them about the issue and like a day or so later they refunded me 500 on a sale that was 1900 to fix the problem that the vehicle had and I am so grateful for this because I spent all my money on the car and if they didn't give me the money I would have lost the chance to get this job the whole reason I went car hunting in the first place so thank you vary much to the people at this car dealership for being honest,good people 🤘✌
