This is the fire station portrayed as Station 86, that appeared on two episodes of "Emergency!"
It first appeared in an episode, "Inferno" that John Gage (Randolph Mantooth) and Roy DeSoto (Kevin Tighe) of Squad/Station 51 are disappointed when they are the only squad not called to a major brushfire. At Rampart Hospital, Dixie (Julie London) gets her hand caught in a vending machine. A lawyer collapses in the courtroom with an apparent heart attack. Roy and John finally make it to the brushfire and become trapped while rescuing another firefighter.

And again in an episode, "Isolation." Plot summary: Trapped on an island with the only bridge washed out for days due to violent weather, Roy and John have to serve as the only medical staff available in the area.
