As a first time buyer She was there to answer all my questions and guide in the home buying process. During my home search and purchase, Josephine made sure to explain how everything works and the steps needed in order to buy a house. She went above and beyond by finding a home that was perfect for my family, I was able to contact her at any time I needed which made the experience much better because I could depend on her whether it’s a small question she was there to guide me. Josephine contacted me when my second realtor failed to sell my home. From the first meeting to the end of the sale Josephine displayed professionalism, empathy, and amazing knowledge of the industry. Where other realtors wanted 6 months to a 1-year contract, Josie (as I call her) asked for me to give her 4 months. She was able to sell it in under 4 months. Was the best decision I ever made. She got me top dollar for my home and became an asset to my family. Josie then went on to sell my sister her dream home. I will definitely be calling Josie for all my realtor needs. Josephine San Lucas did what no other realtors could do. I worked with 2 realtors prior to hiring Josephine. Josephine contacted my family and I. Not only did Josephine assist with selling our parents home what 2 other realtors could NOT do. Josephine sold it and whithin a couple of months put us in a new home! When I tell you we struggled for years of not being able to sell our parents home. Josephine sold it within 4 months!
I have worked for realtors and with them. Josephine is the most dedicated/experienced/professional/honest/reliable agent I have ever worked with. Josephine will work hard to get you the home you deserve. Josephine is not only our go to realtor she is now a family friend for life.

Josephine was just amazing throughout the entire home buying process. I had bad luck with a few realtors prior to finding her and I am so glad I did. From the moment I decided to work with her she immediately started to send me listings based on my criteria and kept on refining the search as she learned more about me. She would always respond to my many texts and calls and really worked on my schedule which was amazing! Without her I wouldn't have found the deal I did or the loan program I was able to get which covered my closing costs and other fees. She dealt with the many issues brought up during the escrow process like a professional and was always transparent which was something I wasn't able to find with other agents. She really made buying my first property possible and hope to work with her again in the future!

Josephine helped me and my wife buy our first investment property , a Duplex .. not only did she show her expertise in making sure tenants were relocated in a rent control area but she also got our closing cost paid for and she negotiated a credit for repairs . Josie is pretty good and knowledgeable person as a real estate broker she helped me to sell my property very quickly in the 1031 exchange program, she is always in contact with the process updates. I really recommend her as a real state broker.

This woman is a pro , no doubt about it.
When she puts your house up for sale its gonna sell very quickly. Her knowledge of the market and her focused determination is a winning combination thats ends with satisfaction. Josie and her team get things done!

This "woman" did the same that everyone else is saying here to us three years ago. It seems that this is her M.O.. She hooks you with a good promise and when it comes time to perform she disappears. We never had a final walk through because she disappeared half way through the process. We got the keys to our home from the seller's agent. Thank God, literally that the seller and selling agent were amazing. To top if off I was 8 months pregnant. I don't know how they keep her employed. Buyer, Seller, Anyone, BEWARE!

Worst realtor ever. She disappeared a week after we accepted the offer in our house . We had to redo paperwork and she screwed us up with the closing timeline. My husband and I still had to pay her and Century 21 the ridiculous commission for no support in the sell or purchase of our homes. Do not go with her you will regret it.

This woman is an absolute con woman. She was great at selling us on signing a contract with her but once it came time to perform she disappeared off of the planet. I have been sitting on an offer for over a week and I cant for the life of me get a hold of her. She is costing me a sale and valuable closing time. Please heed my warning and do not fall victim to this scam artist. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
