Tony's Shoes

Although its a small store its clearly visible the family run business is sinking. No warm welcoming and neither accommodating. I had rude awakening when I told the owner that I was taking photographs to write a review on Google. The owner barked at me stating " I don't need any reviews". Nevertheless most of the shoes they carry is from neighboring Mexico. Compared to departmental stores some of the shoes are expensive.

I should have paid attention to these reviews. Terrible customer service. I was really looking forward to getting shoes/boots from here but the owner stood close to me, watching me try shoes on. I felt like he thought I was going to run out the store with the one shoe in my hand. The woman who tended me first, who might be his wife, seemed so down and timid like she’s forced to be there with him. He made me feel like I was a bother just being there. Told me I was wasting his time when I went to look at another pair of shoes and I walked out. A real shame.

Worst Service ..... very much rude and racism behavior. They judge customers by their outfit and behave accordingly. I just say if anyone try to feel shame go there.

The owner is verry RUDE. I just got in the store and he came to say I could not afford anything. How can a person lead a business like that? I saw the store is dealer of very good brands, it's verry bad to them. I'll never buy on this store and never would indicate. 0 star.

Not a good costumer service!
The store isn't in a good location for the high prices. The owner is disrespectful and rude. Treat potential customers as sturd, saying they can't afford. That's why the store is about to close.

Lets say it's being 2 months that I bought a pair of work boots and they already have openings on the side. These shoes are not worth it the high ammoun of money that I paid for them. Very low quality.

Not polite or welcoming at all. Might have bought something but made me & my daughter feel like a burden.
