My time at public storage has come to an end,but Nelly and her associates have always treated me with professional care, I'm actually going to return in a few months into a more substantial unit,thanks Nelly and crew, you hot a customer for life

I love the service received here. Nelly was so helpful. She notice we needed assistance getting our lock open. She walked us up and provide as much help as possible. We felt so comfortable with her help. We called a lock smith who was able to come right away. Thank you Nelly for the excellent customer service. I would recommend this Public Storage to anyone and everyone.

Super happy with the service this location provides! I was in need of a bigger storage unit and had some difficulties figuring out the steps. Delores was so helpful and patient in helping me with my unit transfer. I highly recommend their services!

I’ve been at a few public storage locations and I have yet to face profound excellence in customer service as I have at this location at 1901 Sepulveda Blvd. Every question, concern, and need has been met with nothing but top-tier professionalism and kindness! Nelly has been the first point of contact and has helped assist with all my needs . It’s her energy, kindness, and compassion that’s been the top impression of this location! I think I found the best location for all my needs! Not only is the location impeccably clean but has the best service with great hours of hours compared to nearby locations.

Kelly and Ms Linda were both great to me. They provided excellent customer service, they were very vocal about the rules and how business is supposed to go around that facility. Very clean and professional place in fact. Highly recommend stopping here first before the other storage locations.

Delores is the best warehouse worker I have ever met, she is very patient and talkative. She will help you with all your questions!

Kelly & Linda are very kind to show me a unit in 3 different occasions . They gave me a great deal and they set up my iphone with a expedited access. Very happy with their service and will use them in future.

Had a very positive experience getting a storage unit today at Public Storage. I called the location at 1901 S. Sepulveda several times to discuss my questions and Britany was very professional and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. When I arrived at the facility, I got to meet Britany in person, but she happened to be with a client. So then I met Dolores, also a true pro! Both ladies were warm and hospitable. Keepers for sure. Dolores explained everything to me and showed me my unit. The facility is clean and easy to access, highly recommended!

This was my first visit at this location and I met the front desk lady named Nelly, who was super kind and helpful. Very patient with informing me and directing me with getting set up and going with my storage unit.

This is the best self storage location in Los Angeles by far. The staff is helpful, friendly and always professional. Delores, who is the property manager, is always willing to help. The property is clean, safe and easily accessible. Prices are great as well. The district manager named Dorsa is also very kind and willing to help in any way possible.

They went above and beyond to assist me when I was there. I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for fair prices and great service.

Delores could not have been more helpful and kind during a crazy time at the start of Covid. We needed to quickly move our daughter's college dorm contents into storage and get home to the east coast. Each summer since then, we have relied on PS on Sepuleveda and every time Delores took care of us. Her help always came with a smile. We count her as a friend!

Dolores was the best part of the experience; she went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly. If I need storage again, I'm going back to this location and working with Dolores.
