Bought a Lexus from them a while ago, blown away by the class and professionalism of the place. Was greeted by a lovely receptionist who took great care of me and set me up with a salesperson. Very dishonest people... Beware of surprises after you left the dealership with your newly purchased car!

I purchased a 2015 Maserati Ghibli last month. When test driving for two different times, 1 week apart, all the electronics worked. 2 days into coming home with the car, the driver side power seat didn't work because of blown fuse. I changed the fuse and it was good for 5-6 hours and it went out again. So turned out that these guys put a new fuse right before I come for test drive!

Also, when test driving, there was User Manual and Mats in the trunk. I forgot to check them out right at the moment of driving the car out, but when came home, neither user manual nor mats were there. I asked them and they just ignored even responding to my contacts all together.

Had a time set to see the manager Ali. Store is said to open at 9am. I was sitting outside with 2 other employees til 10:15 with no manager locked out of the building. Then once inside, the receptionist TEXTED the manager and said told me I didn't have an appointment to see the manager even though I spoke with him over the phone 2 days prior. However, I was also informed that Ali has also been late for 5 other appointments this SAME WEEK.

In the end, I had no contact to talk to and just walked out after waiting for 2hrs.
