These guys are pretty cool. Awesome customer service, they were super helpful. Made sure I knew what everything was. Was patient when I had questions, wasn't rushed or made to wait. The units are clean, they offer good lock. Thank you for your time Zion and Michael.

When I arrived there was a lot traffic, as far as some construction and vendors. Spite having to juggle where to get vendors set in order to complete their jobs, I was well greeted by Michael. Zion was able to assist with the tour and showing of possible units, and completed all the paperwork with me.

Very professional setting and smooth even in the busyness of a crowded group. Its definitely appreciated to see everyone maintain their professionalism even in the midst of business chaos. I'm very glad that this is where I ended up getting the storage.

Very fast and ease of mind no stress and the 5 x 5 stored more than I anticipated it stored four loads and I still have room and it’s affordable to my budget they were courtesy and hassle free. I could come and go without any problems. It was nice I am happy I went with them.

This is the best, affordable, professional storage I have been to. Looking around for good quality storage was difficult but then, I stumbled upon secure space storage. I'm going to skip the in between (great experience in general! ) but in the end when it was ready for me to no longer use secure space’s service, the owner, Michael made the overall experience abundantly fantastic! His customer service and overall services are professional, from the moment you walk in until the end. All items in my storage were clean, meaning no mold or anything of that nature. You want security, he's got it! Not only are my items mold-free but secure (hence the name holds up to a great standard). I'd say go experience this wonderful storage satisfaction yourself if you need a trustworthy one. Thank you, Micheal!

I’ve had other storage units in the past but Michael was the best associate I’ve dealt with by far. I needed the unit last minute and he was able to get me in a perfect spot on the property and at the best rate. I sincerely appreciate him going above and beyond because most wouldn’t these days. Keep him around for the long run because he’s amazing!

Ask for Zion! If you are looking for a great storage unit, great prices, great customer service, talk to ZION! He is a really funny and overall great guy, helped me and my wife out a lot. Looked around for a unit just to store little household stuff. We Got a 5x10 unit really cheap! Under $100 a month!

Out of the other four other times I’ve had to use a storage facility in between moves, this has by far been the most seamless process.
Michael is great. He made things quick and easy and he was extremely personable. I’d recommend Self Storage all day long opposed to other facilities in the Tacoma area!
