Went back today to get my forever-car it's extra key fob. OMG...these guys are the best! They loaned me a Jetta, while my Passat was being programmed, and everyone said 'hello'. They are all so friendly and helpful...I feel like I just adopted 30 new kids! They went above and beyond, made sure all of the safety systems were working properly and Chris Estrada, our salesman, even taught me how to use the new technology. Such an amazing experience!!!

Friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. Hands on help and inspection before any charge. Really efficient service and customer handling.

Bought the car and done service there. An average to poor managed place obviously. Not much suggestion to them, just expect to be washed away with the whole VW brand when EV era fully arrived.

Called them for antifreeze. Guy said they have several liter sized bottle in stock. These are small bottles. You need 3 to flush the radiator. Got there, the same guy refuse to sell me 3 because he was low in stock, and need to save them for other customers. He assumed I only need one. I asked him how can he assume I only need one. He said he didn't know what I intend to do, so he assumed is only for top off.
Why tell me you have several in stock if you don't intend to sell them? He didn't think I need to buy 3 bottles.
His own company's VW manual specify you need 3 bottles to flush the radiator (2.5 to be exact). He didn't know that, and he blame the customer for wanting to buy 3 bottles. He is making an assumption he has no basis for, and his lack of knowledge on VW product or even basic radiator maintenance is unbelievable for a parts guy.

the attention is good but really very expensive !! I found better prices in dealer vw DT! amazing expensive!
