The person by the front said she was new but she was super sweet and friendly and helpful. Then Sola the key holder was so sweet and kind. The woman who checked us out was so sweet also - Really excellent customer service. Bravo.

Found this cute bag in snow leopard by Carlos Santana. I’ve passed by the store a few times but this is the first time I’ve gone inside since it opened. The store was really big and it was clean they seem to have a lot of stuff although some of the shelves were kind of empty but maybe that’s due to the holidays.

A lot better than it used to be years ago. Bought basic black dress shoes for $36 and I’d bet they would last a long while. Not cheap shoes!

Love this location. Has saved me a few times when last minute plans arise and don't have time to rush home. Good selection of clothes and shoes. They offer more items too. Interior home decorations, miscellaneous car items, hats, grooming kits, and many more items.

Most of the time it's not busy and can shop comfortably but sometimes the place is a mess.

Nice and new. Bathrooms are clean. I know because my toddler had to pee 3 times haha. Well appointed and clean facility. Probably the best Burlington I've been to. I was hoping to buy a new heavy sweater for me and my husband but they had only hoodies and very few coats. Maybe that's why they dropped the "coat factory" on their name. But 5 stars!
