eaves Los Feliz

My girlfriend and myself have been looking for an apartment for months and it was a struggle. Most places we talked to were either unresponsive or not resourceful. But not at Eaves Los Feliz! Morgan in the leasing office was professional and informative. She made the process easy and efficient. Not only is the building in good condition but I can rest easy knowing there is always someone I can reach out to when addressing issues or general questions. Jamie also was super helpful and very friendly. Overall I know I can trust the staff over at Eaves Los Feliz. They were welcoming and I’m happy to call it home.

Took sometime to write this review been here for 2 weeks and I’m loving eaves Los Feliz. The process to get approved was so fast and amazing. I was looking for apartments for weeks and was not satisfied with other apartments so I’m glad I stumbled on this community. Place is quiet and respectful. Most importantly Morgan and everyone at the leasing office made the process so easy and made me felt very welcomed. 5 stars to them.

The maintenance team here is spectacular, especially Allan! Despite being the only person on the team today, he made sure to stop by and fix our sink, which had been blocked and was flooding. He was very polite, clean, communicative, and overall I had a great experience with Allan.

Allen and Oscar are the best maintenance staff I've ever had. They've helped us change tires, fix random problems, and given us car advice in their spare time, as well as fixing issues in the most rapid time I've ever had. They fixed our closet door so well that for weeks we were marveling at the quality of the door. We've never had a problem waiting for services, getting good communication from staff, or with a fix they've provided. This us hands down some of the best service in my life and one of the best places I've ever lived.

Also a plus, there's always coffee or donuts or fun events happening courtesy of the apartment office, which has not been my normal experience. Everyone here is kind and great to work with.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at eaves los feliz! Sad to say good bye! The whole team is great. Special shout out to the maintenance/engineer team! Allen and Alvaro are awesome! Oscar is also great! Great team! They are always there when needed. The team is super friendly and helpful! Thanks guys you are the best! Also have to say thank you to Robert from the leasing office!

I know she just recently started here at Eaves Los Feliz, but Morgan in the front office is really knocking it out of the park! Her attentiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail is bar none, but most importantly, you can tell that she actually cares about those in the community here at Eaves. That is a skill you cannot train and she is an absolute asset to your management company. Thank you Morgan for everything!

My move in couldn’t have gone smoother thanks to Joseph Van Gordon! At the last minute after signing my lease, I decided to go with a different apartment and within a couple hours I had the keys to the new apartment. Joseph is so sweet, attentive, and replies swiftly after I reach out with a question.

As with the maintenance team, I had my AC make some weird noise right after move in, and Allan was at my door within 5 minutes! He even checked up on me a couple days later to make sure it was still running smoothly.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming here! Very happy with my new home. 🙂

The location is central to so much of LA and I can go on runs in Griffith right from my doorstep. We really enjoy that the parking has plug in capabilities for our car. The maintenance requests get dealt with faster than any other rental I've ever lived in-- thanks to Allan for his help with all of that. This is a really well-run complex-- can't recommend it enough.

I’ve been a resident here for nearly 12 years and I love it here! Our maintenance crew, Alvaro and Allan, are the best you will find anywhere, and consistently outdo all expectations with their professionalism, high quality work, and quick response time. They really do make living here a pleasure because you never have to worry about anything. Our complex is hands down the best place to live, in the best neighborhood in LA!

My second review:
This review has been a long time coming, and is for Oscar, a senior member of the maintenance team here at Eaves. I have been a resident for over twelve years (this is my second review!), so I have seen team members come and go. I have always been consistently impressed with Oscar’s exemplary and exceptional work over the years. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of residential projects, large and small. I have even witnessed him training new staff, and he is patient, thorough and a natural leader. Not to mention, he is able to navigate the line between what is best for the resident and the company with ease. He is professional, kind, courteous, and a hard worker. His excellent communication skills, matched with his skill set makes Oscar a treasure and an important part of what makes living here so special.

This has been a long overdue review. Recently I had Oscar Polanco fix a kitchen issue I had. As always he was quick professional,and very knowledgeable. I appreciate all he does for the community. I can say the entire cleaning staff, maintenance staff, and office staff is always up to par 100% diligent with there residents issues and concerns. I enjoy living in the eaves Los Feliz community for over two years.

I love it here! Helpful maintenance and office team. Fun events like raffles, coffee and donuts, and hosted meals creates community. My dog enjoys his “cookie” when we finish our walks. The office puts out dog treats in the lobby everyday. I appreciate all that they do. We are very happy here! :)

Just wanted to take a moment to give kudos to Eaves Los Feliz' awesome maintenance team, in particular to Oscar. Every apartment complex has its idiosyncrasies but the Eaves maintenance team endeavors to always help in a timely manner. Oscar recently helped us with a maintenance request and not only did he respond promptly, but he also took care of our issue quickly and did a great job. When I run into him around the complex, he is always professional, friendly, and very polite. It feels good to know that there's a good solid maintenance team in place, so you know they've got your back when things go awry in your place or around the complex.

Moving in to this complex has been a breeze thanks to the super helpful Denise and Joseph! And the swift, kind, and thorough responses (within the same day!) for normal move in maintenance questions and requests has been waaaaay beyond any expectations, from the whole team! Allan has been so helpful! What a great experience so far and a lovely view from our new apartment. :-) This complex is well run and functions smoothly.

Update: It's been 6 months now and I'm still enjoying the place here! Special shout out to Alan who fixed my faucet and is always so friendly whenever I see him around! Also Oscar who repaired my locks and went above and beyond to help me with my blinds! The maintenance team has always been quick to respond to my requests which makes me feel like I'm really taken care of here :)

I've been here for about 2 months now and I'm enjoying it so far. Robert has been so helpful in getting me set up and Alvaro and Angel from the maintenance team have been so friendly and quick to fix things up :)

Allan is amazing!! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE. I had just moved into my apartment and had a couple issues I needed fixed. Allan promptly came and fixed all the issues while just being an overall cool dude. He is so helpful and even offered to throw out some boxes we had from new furniture. I loved the service and couldn’t thank him enough. Eaves is doing it right!

the maintenance team at Eaves Los Feliz is awesome Alvaro, Allan and Oscar are top notch they are constantly taking care of all of our service needs on the fly and Esperanza and Geo keep this property looking very clean.

The maintenance team is so helpful! Allan is especially great. He always goes above and beyond to help. He has stayed working late to unclog our sink. Allan always has a positive attitude and never makes us feel like a burden.

Excellent work done by the maintenance staff, Oscar always attentive and with a good attitude to solve any requirement regarding maintenance.
I also want to highlight the cleaning work done Esperanza, from early on I see her cleaning and leaving all the common areas shiny. When I meet her in the elevator she is very kind you can see that she is a great woman and worker.

I just had the pleasure of working with Allan while he showed me how to start up my fireplace. He is so kind, helpful, knowledgable, and professional. The maintenance team here is so on top of it and it all really adds to the quality of life the building and staff provide. 10/10 Allan! 👍

I recently moved to Eaves Los Feliz and so far the experience has been excellent. The maintenance staff has welcomed us to the community through kindness and action. Oscar, one of the aforementioned gentlemen, has responded to a number of maintenance requests in a timely, effective manner. In summary, I cannot express how important a great maintenance staff is to a successful community and these guys are excellent.
You rock! Thanks for your help with the move and I look forward to getting to know all of you better over the next year.
