I have a tankless water heater that needed immediate Servicing. After looking for a reliable company on yelp I decided on New Generation plumbing. I put the call in at 6:30pm and it was answered quickly by Jake who set me up with a free estimate the next morning (they would have gone same day but I requested the morning). With out having to reach out to confirm this morning, I had Fernando call me (ahead of schedule) that he was there. He walked me through the work that would be needed as well as potential scenarios if original assessment needed further work. Once he got the unit working he called me again to tell me what was done to it. Also informed me of yearly maintenance that will be needed and would send me a reminder. Which I appreciate. Price is reasonable, Will be using them again. Overall very reliable, great customer service, will be using them again

New Generation Plumbing has saved my life on multiple occasions. We are long time customers and have always been happy with their service. They are friendly and quick to respond even at 10pm at night. Some of the jobs they’ve done were big and others were minor. And each job has been done with care and attention.
We highly recommend New Generation Plumbing for any job, big or small. Jake and his guys are attentive and respectful. They take their time to explain what the issue is and are always happy to answer questions and address any concerns.

I've been calling New Generation Plumbing to the rescue any time we need plumbing services at my office. They've always done a great job.
This time around, we had a huge clog in the pipes and our toilets weren't working. The plumbers ended up hydro jetting the pipes and now our toilets are operational again and everything is working smoothly. The plumbers and the office staff are very polite, easy to work with, responsive, they work fast while being attentive to detail, and are professional in every way. The plumbers even cleaned our toilets and floors after they were done with the work, which you don't see often. I will definitely hire them again.

New Generation Plumbing saved us from a moldy cabinet. Our garbage disposal was leaking and kept the cabinet under the sink really wet. Customer service was great from the start and they even offered to do same day service but we weren't available that day. When the appointment came, they showed up right on time and were incredibly professional. They also had their own covers for shoes and kept our place really clean which I was really impressed with because I've never seen a Plumber do this. It turned out that our garbage disposal just needed to be screwed so they didn't charge us at all! If you're looking for great service and trustworthy professionals, hire them!

Every time I reach out to New Generation Plumbing, Jake and his team are eagerly ready to help me with all of my plumbing and home improvement needs. This time they set up washer & dryer hookups perfectly in a very tight spot. Would highly recommend their service to all of my friends and family.

rare to have such a positive experience with contractors but Tony and his team were great. i had a leak in my front yard and needed a new water main put in and he went above and beyond with recommendations at no additional cost, they even repaired my gate without my asking lol. it was a complex job involving digging up my yard and laying copper pipe below my retaining wall and cutting into the sidewalk cement and street but you would never know anything happened. they made it look good as new after. they were FAST too. came around 8:30 and were done by 4:30.

It’s 1/22 we clogged our pipe last night and the garbage disposal did not really work..made few phone calls to few plumbers around my area but we couldn’t agree on a transparency regarding charges etc…the team at new generation plumbing took my call late last night and was straightforward on costs and work to be done based on my feedback. Show up first thing in the morning get the job done while being super friendly. I strongly recommend them as they are very professional and explained what they do step by step ! 5 stars all the way !

I called on Monday and Fernando and team were at my home the next day! They were on time, polite and knowledgable. They explained their assessment to me and I had a detailed report within an hour. I was impressed and would highly recommend!

I called New Generation plumbing get an estimate and replace a main shut off valve along with a hose bib. They responded very quickly with a competitive estimate and showed up the next day on time. They did a great job and I will definitely use them again

New Generation has saved me and helped us maintain our property numerous times over the last few years. Everything from an outside irrigation to a major sewer repair to a deteriorated flapper in a toilet tank that was leaking more than I had ever imagined. Everyone at NG is professional and friendly, and I have so much confidence in them that I have referred them numerous times to friends and neighbors. Today, Tony and New Generation found the source of a major leak that had showed up in my DWP bill and fixed it. I can’t say enough about how much confidence I have in New Generation Plumbing and how grateful I am to them for their excellent work.

I had a bathroom sink drain that was repeatedly getting clogged. When Roto-Rooter told me I needed to either descale the Drain, or line it with epoxy, to get it fixed (two very expensive options), I decided to get a second opinion. That's when I called New Generation Plumbing.

Reception was very helpful and sent Martin and his associate over right away. Martin suggested replacing the Bathroom Sink Drain Line all together and had a brilliant solution that didn't involve breaking any of the beautiful bathroom tile. Every time I hear the sound of the sink drain, it's like music to my ears! $1,800 well spent.

I also want to add that once Martin gave me a very reasonable solution for the drain, I also asked him to assess a secondary issue which was why our home was getting an unusual amount of flies. After impressive investigation, he identified that part of our sewer drain was disconnected. He suggested a spot repair and talked me through how it would work. I agreed, and he and the team began work on this the same day as the Bathroom Sink Drain!

To repair the sewer drain issues, the technicians made a 4x4-feet square by 4-5-feet deep to expose the existing sewer line and replaced a section with new ABS. The technicians connected to the vertical clay line using heavy duty transition band and installed a secondary clean-out. While they were down there, they also opted for reinforcing the super old concrete sewer pipe that connects our house to the street's sewer system.

Martin, Jose, and team completed all of this work within two business days, which was really impressive. I have worked with multiple plumbing companies in the past and what sets New Generation Plumbing apart is their great communication, fair pricing, and trustworthiness. What more could you ask for? I'd give more than FIVE STARS if I could.

Was dealing with a clogged kitchen sink for 2 days. By this point I was drained from trying to fix it myself. Finally called someone and it was New Generation Plumbing. So glad I did. They literally sent someone over in 10 minutes! Clog was fixed and they cleaned the drain pipe to prevent from this from happening again.

Everyone was professional, informative and friendly. Fernando was especially helpful with detailed explanation. I also appreciated they offered to wear masks and automatically put on booties in the house.

Front desk women were also very thorough, nice and professional. Prices were fair. Will definitely use this company again!

What exceptional plumbers! We were unable to have our new washing machine installed due to the previous washer leads corroding onto the nozzles, and we were eager to have our old, broken washing machine replaced with our new one ASAP. We called on a Friday afternoon and were able to have someone come out first thing Saturday morning. Our plumbers were on-time, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They were able to fix our issues right away, and they also gave us some great advice about our water heater! All in all, these guys will absolutely be our go-to plumbers going forward!

Had a great experience with New Generation Plumbing. I was pleasantly greeted by a real person to make my appointment. My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. I worked with Martín and Charlie who were both VERY knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Excellent service! Fernando came to my unit to unclog the drain in my bathtub (due to water backing up into my tub from another unit in the building) and did it with EXCELLENT customer service. He explained what he was going to do and why, then shared what he did and how the system worked. Fernando empathized with my emergent situation and was kind throughout the service call. Carlos and Martin came to my rescue. They are professional, courteous, clean job from start to finish and they take my misery away which is to install a new valve on my leaky hot water line to my kitchen faucet. I cannot believe it that they didn't even charge me even when I insist to pay. They are just flat out outstanding plumbers. It is rare to find people like Carlos and Martin and I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber and will recommend to all my friends. From the bottom of my heart thanks so much guys! Martin and the folks at New Generation are truly the most professional, kind and competent tradesman in the game. I’ve been using New Generation for years now and will continue to for as long as they are around. Martin came by today to fix a hot water issue with the kitchen faucet and he came by within 30 minutes of the call into headquarters, fixed the issue in 10 minutes FREE of charge. Don’t waste your time with anybody else! Wish i could give 10 stars.
