We just returned from our second trip to Tahiti. Laurel helped us both times - 9 years ago for our honeymoon and this time with our daughter. Laurel is super responsive, finds the best deals, and think of the smallest details to make your trip go smooth.

I'm a frequent traveler - for work and pleasure - and I usually can get pretty good deals online. However, Laurel's service was so great the first time around and she offers much better value for our money - so we decided to work with her again when traveling back to Tahiti. And we'll book with her again next time!

Laurel put together the best vacation I've ever had in my life! I was a solo traveler on a limited budget and she worked with me to create an itinerary that felt comfortable for me to do on my own and suggested including an island I wouldn't have otherwise gone to which turned out to be amazing. Every place and excursion included on the itinerary was excellent. The diving was simply incredible.

True Tahiti Vacation allowed me to just show up and have everything taken care of so I could simply relax and enjoy. I fell while there and Laurel and her team were right there to make sure I didn't need anything. I was able to continue the trip and will always be incredibly grateful for them. When we started planning our Tahitian vacation it was quite overwhelming for us. We saw True Tahiti vacation mentioned in a Facebook group. Everything from there on was amazingly easy. I told Laurel what our budget was and what were our must do's. She did a great job of planning our vacation. Unfortunately, there was a wrench thrown into the plans when I broke my leg, but Laurel worked tirelessly to find us appropriate excursions as replacements to our initial plans. Laurel set up a wonderful vacation package for us. We had a great trip to Moorea and Tahiti. When we arrived in Papeete, we were greeted and given all the various vouchers and papers we needed. The transportation drivers met us at the correct times and got us to our destinations. Our stays at the Hilton Moorea and Hotel Tahiti Nui were amazing. It would have been almost impossible to have planned this trip on our own from the States. I highly recommend True Tahiti Vacation to help you plan your trip to Tahiti.

Our French Polynesian independent adventure was truly remarkable due to the smooth transitions, variety of modes of transportation, local snorkeling & wildlife experts, hospitable picturesque resorts, and special perks for our wedding anniversary and milestone birthday. She's *very* knowledgable about French Polynesia and helped us find the absolutely perfect vacation, including helping to find us a beautiful hotel, with over-the-water bungalows, that is a bit off the beaten path, but very private and the best place I've stayed yet in French Polynesia. She was attentive to details, and communicated with the hotel and arranged for help at the airports when we needed it. I would absolutely use her again and highly recommend her!

My family trip to Bora Bora this past August of 2022 couldn’t have been more perfect! The travel to and from went smoothly. The location for our stay at The Conrad Hotel in a hut over the aqua blue clear waters … spectacular! Fun filled excursions that gave my husband and two sons the exhilaration they crave … perfect!!! Laurel booked our honeymoon to Moorea and Tahaa for us many years ago, a family vacation a few years later with our then 2 year old daughter to Moorea and Bora Bora, and we'll be using her again for a trip to French Polynesia in 2023. We're not travel agent type people and prefer to usually book everything ourselves, but something about this destination made me want to work with an expert, especially with our honeymoon. Laurel is an expert and more! She actually lived there at the time on Moorea, and we even met her and her family when we were on Moorea. True Tahiti Vacations, and its owner, Laurel, was a pleasure to work with on planning our wonderful island adventure to French Polynesia. Laurel and her team are AMAZING! I never use a travel agent, mainly because I am quite organized and like to plan travels on my own. However, my husband and I used True Tahiti Vacation for our honeymoon because we didn't want the hassle of planning added in with the stress of wedding planning and THANK GOODNESS WE DID! Laurel has been helped me and my family planning trip to Tahiti 3 years in a role. We started with a budget and the places I want to go. I am a scuba diver but my wife is not. Laurel worked with me to fine-tuned our itinerary so the whole family can enjoy the trip. We are very happy with her service and she always answered my tedious questions promptly. We have wonderful time on all three times. If there is any hiccup (such as diving arrangement), she got right on it and fixed it quickly.

What made this trip smooth were the connections. Upon arrival in Tahiti we were located in line and moved swiftly through Customs, given our information and transported onto the next leg of our trip. I can't say enough how awesome it was working with Laurel. My wife and I decided relatively last minute to book a trip to French Polynesia, and though we're both experienced international travellers we were quickly overwhelmed trying to weed through all the options for islands, transfers, accommodations, activities, etc. By chance I found my way to Laurel, and she made the process effortless.
