Lady in front couldn't help me find what I needed so pointed me in the direction of the consultation window in the pharmacy. The lady in there saw me waiting never even acknowledged that I was there or said "hello I'll be with you shortly" or anything and after several minutes I left. horrible service. unknowledgeable staff. 👎

Always slow to provide Rx but friendly people

I shopped and used the atm here for over a year. I just decided to stop going because the other day at 7am a older white woman was going to open the door at 7 i needed to take some cash out, i was in a vest and uniform for work. She walked up to the door was about to open and i swear she looked at me In disgust and walked away. I waited for over 10 minutes. She didn't come back. It really bothered me but my Torrance native wife assured me that it is the world we live in and to not let it bother me, im mexican i guess i should be used to it. I feel very sad that happened.

Customer service is mostly decent. Product selection is much better.

Several (two, in particular) of the staff are intrusive , inappropriate and have no social skills. It's uncomfortable and embarrassing to the customers and I personally feel embarrassed for those particular employees. I have found it so annoying over the past few weeks that I am no longer willing to shop there. CVS is across the street... the staff are more professional and just more appropriate and pleasant, at the end of the day. The Manager at this Walgreens acts as if she has no authority or ability to make ANY decisions as Manager. That's what a Manager is supposed to do...Make some independent decisions, as a Manager.
This is the first time I have written a Yelp Review. I have felt so irritated by the customer service at this store I felt impelled to do this. I have typically spent about $100.00 par week at this store, not including medications from the Pharmacy.

The staff is kind and really helpful but other then the pharmacist manager is awesome. She is the one who I have to talk to and she always helps me. the rest of pharmacist can be difficult. They are slow and tend take there time when filling scripts.

The information in google maps says it is open 24 hours. On the phone says it is open on Sundays from 10 to 4.

bought a damaged $200 Visa gift cards from your location in Torrance, 4142 PCH the worst customer service this Visa vanilla has , almost 2 months with no response. At this point I hold Walgreens liable for selling damaged product, where is your quality control, why I have to deal with ppl that you outsourcing with very poor quality in costumer service for hours to trying get a new card or a replacement with no understanding to the entire problem or any mentality to resolve it.
I’m so disappointed, I know I lost my money, but that’s not the way your costumers should be treated.

Front cashier with black hair with tons of make up was just super rude ,she will ruin business if you keep her here, put her in back stocking shelves or better yet unemployment.

I wouldn't suggest anyone come here. The staff is unprofessional, mainly this over weight Filipino man who is rude and never wears his mask properly. Everytime I come hes wearing under his nose. And never greats me or others. He should be fired. I'm not coming back. CVS across the street is much better.

Very unreliable. They never have things done on time and their automatic text for pickup does not work. Everytime they have a different excuse to a point where it gets aggrevating. This is a pharmacy folks and people depend on medication! Why are you so unprofessional? Is there so store manager here to make sure things work out for the customer.
