I'm so glad I chose Kaylan to color my hair! She did an outstanding job and was a joy to spend time with and talk to. Kaylan spent time with me before the color appointment to learn my goals and share her approach and suggestions. I highly recommend choosing Kaylan as your colorist or stylist!

I can't speak highly enough of Kaylan at Willow!! I went in today for a cut with my hair in the worse state it's ever been. I have very dry curly hair that hadn't been cut in over a year. It was a mess. My highest hopes were to walk out simply not hating my hair. I never expected to LOVE it. I feel like a new person. My hair looks fantastic. And Kaylan is not only talented, she's also a lovely person. So it was an all around wonderful experience.

I have been going to Shilan for about a year now and she always does such an amazing job getting my blonde highlights exactly how I like them. It looks so natural as it grows out. Shilan is also so sweet and I love our conversations every time! I highly recommend her for any foils, balayage, blonde situation!!

This was my first time at Willow Salon and Spa and I'm very, very happy with my haircut. I needed something low maintenance as I'm approaching nine months of pregnancy. Karena was my stylist and knew exactly what I wanted from just one photo I shared with her. She was friendly and accommodating. She's so skilled! The space was also clean and the vibe was calm. Highly recommend.

Shilan was AMAZING. She styled my hair for my wedding and it was exactly what I wanted. I’d 100% recommend her to anyone who is looking for a bridal stylist.

Tina is a great hair stylist and colorist. The shop is adorable. I love the area as well because it's close to the water and there are a lot of good restaurants and stores to visit. I would recommend this spot for sure. I would avoid seeing Dorrie, though.

I was scheduled with Nikki for a haircut (I keep mine short) and I had the best cut...THANK YOU! Nikki intuitively knew what wanted even before looking at the photo I had.

Kiah did an amazing job on my hybrid full set of lashes! Easy to book, excellent prices, and she was so fun to talk to.

My 2nd time working with Tina Culp and she worked her magic. Came in with a few ideas for color and a much needed trim and I wanted to cry happy tears. Walked out feeling so much better! Really enjoy this salon and the other staff are friendly, overall clean and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back.

Had a great time (7 hours) with Trena. She made my hair dream come true. She was a great time to chat with I loved her energy. My hair looks fabulous and will still be somewhat low maintenance (mom of 3 here). I can’t explain how thankful I am that she stayed until past 10pm getting me right. I will 10000% be sticking with her as my new stylist. She’s so cute she even tried to teach me how I should curl my hair when we were all done lol! 10/10

Yesterday was my first salon experience and my service was a balayage! For starters, the salon was very clean and they were following all the regulations due to covid, it was also still very homey and a beautiful set up.
My stylist name was Jolene, who was AMAZING. She was very personable, kind, could keep a good conversation and answered all my silly questions about hair. Jolene was great and did an incredible job on my hair, which was exactly what I wanted. Afterwards, we even did a little photoshoot of my hair lol.

Today was my first time at this salon and I had a great experience! I brutally stressed out my hair during quarantine (don't play home salon pls) and needed assistance with my broken bleached hair. I made an appointment with Mandy because she was who was available the soonest, and it wound up being a great fit! I She's a newer member of the team but has been doing hair a long time, and it was obvious because she TOTALLY did what I asked her to do and took control of the best cut that would salvage what hair I didn't totally fry. She was super accommodating, her speed was wonderful, and she gave me a super great cut. The price for a tone and cut was also excellent! I'm usually nervous about finding a new stylist, but Mandy made it easy. The salon is a great space, they were really respectful of "New Normal" rules with masks.

Carrie did my hair about a week ago and she did a really good job on my cut and hair dye. She was very educated about what she was doing. The atmosphere around me when looking at other customers and stylist felt really comfortable. Seeing other styles that came out great, you can really tell everyone knew what they were doing. Great salon! I will be back❤

ABSOLUTELY love and trust this place. Pricing is AMAZING for something that definitely felt like a $100+ salon treatment! My hair was long (almost touching my butt) and I wanted a hair cut similar to Ruby Rose and/or Anne Hathaway. Wanting a hair cut this different, I needed a good place to go. I read online about Willows and prayed that this is the perfect place to get my cut. Turns out it was! Literally called the morning of and my appointment was booked just like that! I got my hair cut 2 hours later from that day I called! The area and inside is very beautiful and the ladies working there are VERY friendly. They offered each customer refreshments. My hair stylist name is Jenna and she did absolutely AMAZING in my hair cut. She suggested a more feminine touch rather than plain-short. I agreed on her idea and she was right! Next day at school, I got A LOT of compliments on my new change! Thanks Jenna and Willow for being such an amazing place! Definitely coming back before I head off to college.

Kaylan is terrific. I always leave feeling my best self. She always goes above and beyond with communication to make sure she knows what I'm looking for. I really appreciate her hard work.

This was my first time at Willow and I was really excited for a fresh haircut. I was greeted right away and didn't have to wait long before the stylist came out. I saw Karena and she took her time to look at and chat about my hair before getting started then checked in several times, and did very detailed work.
I'm super thrilled with my haircut, and already scheduled my next one!

I wanted a balayage so I called Willow S&S. They made me an appointment right away with Abby. I was greeted right away and it is very relaxing environment. Abby took the time to talk and see what I wanted and what would be best. Then she got started. The end result was amazing. This was about 6 months ago. Abby is is just fabulous. I even had her cut my hair. Mind you I have had the same lady cutting my hair for 15 years. This was a huge step for me. But again amazing results! I love Abby and Willow S&S. This place is just great and my place to go!

Just a great facility with the most talented hairdressers around. I have only ever visited the salon, but every time I go I am offered water, tea, or coffee and have a very relaxing time. My stylist, Kayla Snell, is an absolute master with color and gives me exactly what I want even if I don't tell her what that is! She also takes into account how my hair grows out and adds color in a way so that my roots grow in gradually and naturally. She also provides wonderful conversation and some fantastic singing from the back room 😁

If you want anything done to your hair, this is definitely the place to go! Everyone is so nice and welcoming! Jenna was my hair stylist, and I highly highly highly recommend her! She is very knowledgeable, understands what you want, gives great advice if you are unsure, and her personality is awesome! I'm very glad to have found this place!

I'm new to the area and needed a new stylist; something I hate doing. I called Willow S&S and spoke to Rebecca (pretty sure). She listened to what I look for in a stylist and recommended a few stylists. I chose to schedule with Tina and she did an amazing job. I have long, thick, and wavy hair. She mentioned some new techniques to help take the weight out of my hair that my other stylists have never mentioned. She's very knowledgeable and did an amazing job.
