This place is very nice. Great staff, great workout, very hot inside the studio. You can lose weight in this place in the Hot Yoga room. I been in here for about 15 minutes and I thought I was going to die , but it is worth every single penny. If you want a good workout, come down here and try it your self.

Simply Addictive....Bikram Yoga is exactly what the body craves. Combining the calm, meditative benefits of 26 yoga poses with an environment that causes the body to release excess toxins through 90 minutes of "sweating" is Great. Any former/current athlete will have a heavenly feeling upon completion of the class; however, all others will benefit just as much as I do from the excellent Instructors at the studio.

Bring water and a large towel.....If parking is limited, I generally park at the structure nearby and walk the 100 meters.

My favorite bikram yoga studio :) all the teachers are amazing and kind.
I got the groupon deal and I tried to go almost everyday. My body stopped aching and I felt so healthy.

There are parking if you're taking the morning class. The 8:30pm class gets pretty crowded so I would recommend parking in the library if there are no spots.

Drink water throughout the day, bring extra towels for post yoga and car seat. My friend takes Gatorade before class.

The yoga studio is way too hot. Also, facilities need to be updated. I tried only one teacher and there was no connection.

I tried to discontinue my membership during the pandemic with no avail. I called, I sent emails & went in person. I received NO response & NO assistance. However, they continued to pull out money from my account for a service that was NOT being provided. Even worse, if I tried to discontinue my membership, I would have to consent to new terms before even logging in to my account. Classes are now being offered online for their 150 fee, with no access to the Bikram (heat) environment. I had to change my ATM and my credit has been ruined. I no longer support this business. Please reconsider before joining as it is obvious they don’t care about their clientele the way they want you to believe. This place is a BIG NO for me. Don’t let them take advantage of you too!

Today was my first time trying Bikram's yoga which was terrible experience. First of all, the yoga studio was very humid and smelly. When the instructor told you to breath in and out at beginning, that smell made me nauseous. There was no fresh air that I can breathe in, so I was almost fainted 10 mins later after the class started. I practice yoga for a year with Vianyass flow, and this was my first bad yoga experience since I started yoga. Yoga studio should have fresh air to breathe in and out,how can you practice yoga at a place with smelly and humid air?

Also I tried to call Bikram's yoga phone number for a whole day to refund my fee that I paid, but there was no one pick up the call and there was no way to leave a message . What company is that? I emailed them as well, no response so far. I really don't recommend any yogi to try this yoga studio which no one cares about the students and business.
