I have personally bought 4 cars from Unlimited Auto since 2015 and have always had a great experience and good service. Even when there was an issue with the car(which we only had 1 car with an issue after purchase), the owner of UAD always was available to assist and help resolve.

Remember that most of these vehicles are a bit older and normally higher mileage that normal. However, all the cars I bought lasted for more than a couple of years with normal wear and tear issues for the age of the vehicle. Planning on buying another commuter car #5 soon.

He was very helpful in suggesting a vehicle, and was straight forward and honest with everything about the vehicle I purchased.

All was well initially talking to the guy via offer up. Said the Acura was luxury and in perfect condition. Went to test drive it and when I turned heard clunking. He said he would have it fixed for me. I'm not spending almost 10k on a car that needs works sorry. He made some snyde comments to my husband and I if we even questioned buying it. I thanked him for his time and customer service and he then messaged me on offer up telling me I am picky. Yep! As I should be. Just overall bad vibes from the moment I shook his hand. Make sure if you buy a car from this lot that you bring a good mechanic to look at it.

Please DO NOT waste your time going here unless you have no other options. The cars are over priced and they are not reliable AT ALL. Purchased a car on Monday and returned it on Saturday because of all the problems the car had

He's a Liar he's unprofessional his customer service is not up to par my car is paid off and now he's withholding my title talking about late fees! That word is so foreign during this pandemic!!!
