I had the most amazing experience at this beauty spa! The service was top-notch, and the facial left my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The prices are very reasonable, which is a pleasant surprise for the quality of service they provide. What I loved the most was the wonderful vibes in the spa - it was so relaxing and inviting. I can't wait to return for another pampering session! Highly recommended!

I did SkinCeuticals B5 Hydrating Facial, which was a fantastic experience! The experience left my skin feeling incredibly refreshed and deeply moisturized. My complexion looked noticeably more radiant and plump after just one session. I highly recommend this facial to anyone seeking a hydrating boost for their skin. A wonderful good facial experience!! I did hydrafacial, very good value. moon is very professional and quite patient. I feel my face got a deep cleaning and hydrating. After finished, they provide soup and snacks for free! It is quite luxurious environment.I was so surprised here is swimming pool and gym could use for free. Highly recommended. I will come back again.

My face feels so sensitive and dry in summer. So I did research for facial treatments and found out this place. They gave me a comprehensive skin analysis and skincare suggestions to improve my skin. I ended up getting their SkinCeuticals Hydrating Facial which is good for skin barrier recovery. It turned out to be one of my best experiences! My skin immediately calmed down from redness and it feels deep hydrated. Will definitely come back again for other facials to try out! BTW, the soup was delicious ～

I did their SkinCeuticals B5 Hydrating Facial, and it was a great experience! I booked from their website directly, which is super convenient. And they are open 7 days a week, so they have a flexible schedule. The facial experience is fantastic. My face is shiny and hydrated after the facial. And they gave me a neck and shoulder massage while doing the facial mask. I felt really relaxed and restored after the facial. I highly recommend y'all to try out!

Love love love this place. It's located in a nice Hilton with ample parking. Heads up the stairs and down the hallway with the elevators it'll be on the right side. They go above and beyond here and take really good care of you. The place is clean and tidy. You can get access to sauna, pool, and the hotel gym!! I've tried the LPG and hydra facial and Iloved both. The facial is so relaxing and they have package deals of facials & massages which is so worth the money. Definitely worth the trip if you're around!

My sister got me a massage and facial at this place. All the staff are very courteous and welcoming. First, they have a locker for your things, which is a plus for me. The locker is very secure and safe. I did my massage first and it was Lisa who gave me my massage and it was wonderful. Next, I did my facial and it was Moon who did it. Moon was very gentle and has a gentle voice. Overall, my experience was wonderful. Please come and check this place out.

It was my first time getting a facial and it was a great experience. Nina walked me through the whole process and my esthetician was Fanny who was nice and skilled. Overall it was a very luxurious experience which ended with a nice bowl of chinese herbal soup. I would note that the Med Spa portion is in the plaza next door, which you can access through the hotel but it's probably easier to go through the plaza instead.

I’ve been coming to BG spa for 5 times now. And I love their facial/skincare services. Their ladies are very good with their skills and polite. Their service prices are reasonable compared to other clinics. After each session, they’ll also give you some healthy treats such as yogurt with granolas or chicken soup that they cooked themselves. I will become their regular customer. Highly recommend!

A wonderful experience overall!! I was greeted with warm and beautiful smiles. I was taken care of by Nina who was very professional, caring, and attentive. This is my first time here and I did a full body massage with Jean who was absolutely amazing. She immediately knew my problem areas and patiently worked on them. My experience was very wonderful. 10/10 recommend.

I took my mother here so I could surprise her with a facial for her birthday. We were able to both get treatments in the same room. The staff was friendly and the facials were amazing. I got the hydra facial while my mom got a skinceuticals facial. Since they share a space with the Hilton, spa guests are able to use the hotel gym and pool. You could stay at the facilities all day if you wanted to. One of my favorite parts of the spa is how they serve you soup at the end. Prices are also very reasonable. 10/10 would come again, and I'll definitely be bringing other people in my life to experience this luxury.

Beautiful Glow is a luxurious place that offers may types skin services to help you look your best and bring out your glow. It feels high end and the quality of services matches what you see. All of the staff has great skin and I definitely saw results after my first hydrasense facial and happy with how I look.

I recommend everyone to check it out. It is easy to book appointments and the staff is very professional and kind - beginning to end.

Much needed deep tissue massage.

My upper back has been really sore lately and I was overdue for a massage. I found Beautiful Glow through Classpass and booked a Saturday appointment.

I followed the instructions on Classpass and parked at the Hilton for free. They recommended I park in the neighboring underground plaza next time. It was a little confusing to find at first. When coming up to the 2nd floor from the underground parking garage elevator, turn right and walk to the corner of the plaza (opposite side of Tsujita LA), pass through the glass door to the Hilton side, and the entrance is the first immediate door on the left.

Before my appointment, I signed some paperwork and they offered me a cute bottle of water.

The first time I was here, I had a Deep Tissue Massage with Jean. She was very friendly and nice. She told me my whole body is very tight and recommended I come back once or twice a week, if I have time. She was gentle about the suggestion. The massage was very intense and Jean adjusted to a lighter pressure. My body really needed this massage and was sore for a few days.

The second time I was here, I had a Deep Tissue Massage with Lily. I thought I signed up for another Deep Tissue, but it felt more like AromaTouch Massage. I appreciated that she asked me what type of pressure I wanted and which areas I wanted to focus on. I felt all of the knots in my upper back and neck. The only thing that threw me off was the use of hot stones on my back. I wasn't expecting them, but the warmth was nice. I think she also used some type of guasha tool to really loosen the knots in my back.

After each massage, they guided me to another room to discuss a package offer of 20 sessions for a discounted rate. Their facility offers other services that include access to the Hilton gym. I will definitely come back for another massage.

Came here and got 2 session of the hydrafacial + customizes skin barrier. Both times I noticed improved results in my skin. I had less acne and my face looked cleaner and clearer. The employees here are all very knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly. Would recommend giving this place a try for anyone looking to get a facial.

BG medical is very professional and has great services. Both my mum and I come here almost weekly! I just finished three sessions of Morpheus. It is very obvious that my skin condition has improved. During treatment, staffs and therapists at BG medical gave me plentiful guidance. I very much enjoyed it, and will definitely come back for other treatments.

This is my new go to skincare spa location. I came upon this place on an Instagram post and I have absolutely no regrets. The managers were very thorough and explained everything and the entire process. The esthetician was so gentle and it was the most gentle extraction I’ve had compared to other places! My skin thanks you. At the end they have us chicken soup! More collagen! I love it.

I recently started my skin rejuvenation journey here, and I'm really pleased with my results but overall the experience has been quite lovely. I started a laser rejuvenation treatment, and love how my skin looks and feels.

The facilities are clean, and the staff are nice and professional. I love my facials with Fanny, and feel assured my treatments are safe and progressing from Xuan, and my consultant Nina really listens and understands my goals for my skin.

This process is an investment but the quality of service and products they use are worth the price. The prices are reasonable and they usually have special packages so you get a lot for your money.

Over and over again I am impressed by both the hospitality and care that the BG Medical staff put into its patients. I routinely return to get Xeomin/Filler from their NP Xuan. She is skillful in her practice and helps me maintain a youthful look without going over board. I would not trust anyone else to do my injections, and if you’re looking for the best experience you need to book with Xuan! Today I went in and received a facial for my acne prone skin. Ice was super through and made super to handle all my blemishes with care. I always text Nina to schedule appointments making the process super easy. Definitely give this place a shot, and you’ll love it just as much as I do!10/10 recommend coming here for facials and treatments.

Cathy and I had a marvelous experience in the massage treatments. Lisa and Fanny are wonderful. The facility is particularly fancy, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious chicken broths! Absolutely 5-Stars service!!!
