I started going here recently & think that the owners are very nice people. He is always taking care of me by doing the little things like replacing buttons, fixing pockets, etc. They really do good work at great prices..

They always do a good job and not expensive like other cleaners and they are very nice

This older man does a really great job with dry cleaning! Alterations efficiency depends on how busy they are. Just beware the owner is a grouchy old guy but worth it because of the quality of his work.

Owner Tony is very rude And loses your garments and does not want to pay for them I think it should be accountable for replacing your item or paying you in full for it.

Bad service do not recommend my clothes went in with no stains and came out with stains and owner does not want to clean them not good customer service.

This place is a rip off. A lost cause. The owner Tony is rude and a crook. He had my items over 7 months and lied about it. He said I never brought them and they weren't there. The truth was he didn't remember. He has sooo much junk in his store that my items were misplaced. Instead of admitting he was wrong and possibly forgot, or perhaps made a simple mistake, he made it a big deal. He never took the initiative to look for my clothes, he kept arguing with me and became hostile, very diffIcult. Instead of taking accountability for his mistake and simply apologizing..For months and months and months, I was put in the uncomfortable position of having to ask and ask and ask and insist they check for my clothes..literally beg for my clothing that was already paid for. After months of going back and freakin forth, he finally did. However, due to his pride and anger, he was clueless. I was the one that had to go to the back of the store myself and help him look. Sure enough!..after almost a year of him telling me no..My clothes were there! They were hidden in the back of his shop, underneath junk, and other materials. When I finally got my stuff back nothing was fixed nor done right, my items were dirty/torn and smelled. When I asked him about it, he began to scream and yell and became disrespectful. He has a horrible temper and gets upset over the littlest things. He's unprofessional and aggressive. He's a very tempermental angry man. He wanted me to pay for torn, dirty items that were not fixed, but I refused. I tried to deal with his wife Letty but she is NOT much better. I don't know if they are short staffed or overworked, but that is an excuse and not the customer's problem...if that is the case, then hire more staff. Don't take it out on the customer's, nor make it their problem. Either way, it's not an excuse for the disorganization, lack of customer service, disrespect, overall abuse, and unprofessionalism at this place of business. How dare they try to take advantage and charge people for work they don't do, don't do right, and clothing that is misplaced/torn. Completely unacceptable! They do not have a right to get upset if the work their doing is wrong. Then, want to mistreat the customers. They used to be good but that was then and this is now. Do not waste your time nor $$$ with these cleaners. There are plenty of other places in East Los Angeles that will be respectful and professional and will not mistreat you because you expect good work. There are cleaners that will take responsibility for your clothes, but this is NOT one of them. Stay away from Garden City Cleaners it's not worth the harassment nor the headache nor the money. Complete waste of time.

The clothes come back with grey chemical stains. I have had to to send back several pieces. Poor quality, I tried to support a local business but they are not with it. Check your clothes before you walk out.
