The coffee is always fresh is one of the reasons why I've been going to this 7-11 For the past 4 years. It's always clean at night specially when the Hispanic guy and Caucasian female work the night shift. Customer service is really good. The food is always fresh too.

I've been coming to this store for many years. I'm talking about since i was a young teenager getting through my middle school years and preparing for hs. The service here was always below average and that's putting it easy for the type of customers they get. However, on Oct. 05, 2018 between the hours of 04:30p.m- 0530p.m, I had enough of the unequity of this store and not to mention the lack of professionalism from the workers.

Now what caused all this didnt take place on Oct.5th, it happened the previous weekend. The first unprofessional employee in question, name I don't know since I never see her with a name tag and she gives you a terrible vibe as if you did something wrong for coming in and have her press a few buttons so she could charge you 😑. I assume she's the graveyard shifter there since those are normally the times i see her there. She's also very blonde and normally just stays by the counter, i've never seen her do anything else around the store in all the years i've been going there.

Anyways, i was there on this Saturday morning at around 1 a.m. I go in and get a pack of swisher sweets and some snacks. As usual i show my ID to get my swishers. Behind me is another man who is rather sketchy and has a huge pack of beers. The man didn't even have the full amount to pay for his items and didn't have his ID either. I'm literally standing there in front of her as she just accepts his lame excuses for not having the exact amount or ID and lets him get away with it. I was extremely furious and decided that i also should be given the same courtesies. What happens on my next visit on Oct. 5th will definetely make you look at these people very differently.

When i go back to this same store i am attended by different individual who seemed rather new. I again ask for a pack of swishers and she asked for my ID. I let them know about what had happened on my previous visit and I let them know that I also deserve the same treatment which therefore meant i will not give away my personal information (my ID).

They denied me the request for equality and then some other guy, name goes by Jesus, jumped in and responded with nothing else but attitude. He even went so far as saying, and I quote, "maybe that guy just comes here everyday,". The entire time he spoke to me with complete disrespect and with a dismissive attitude, not the customer service I deserve after being loyal to this place for so many years. I refused to accept any more of their services and went back to show these people that i am indeed over 21 and that i will be filing a lawsuit againt him and the franchise. He later apologized for his actions when I was on my way out (by that i mean when i was in my car) and for that i decided to let the incident go unmarked by the court however, i will definitely think twice about going back.

I am a law abiding citizen of the United States that takes equality very seriously. I do not mess with anyone and show everyone respect and expect the same in return. I do not owe anyone anything and have barely enough to sustain myself becuase of it. I also do not take money from anyone's taxes, other than my own. I did not deserve to be treated so unequally and felt discriminated against. Discrimination is a breach of the Constitutional laws of this country. Furthermore, if i experience this again at this store or any other 7 eleven i will sue for breaching the CA law on the sell of the alcohol and for also breaching the 21st amendment of the Constitution regarding the sell of alcohol. You could also expect me to add on the breach of the 14th amendment, discrimination.

Very disappointing, coffee was watery and tasted burned, they had no regular creamer or milk for the coffee. The attendant barely knows English. This place has change a lot, for the worse. Not coming back or recommend

The guy unloading products was aggressive! I paid for my purchases then he got in my face. I just moved here but trust when I say do not go to a bald man named hector! I already contacted my lawyer and he said stop going to this 7/11!
