Dr. Tsugawa is amazing. He provided dental treatment for two of my Golden Retrievers and each time he was friendly, attentive and clearly highly knowledgeable and experienced. His background is amazing, beyond the 4 years of undergraduate study, 4 years of veterinary school, he has another 4 years of surgery and dental specialty training and is board certified in veterinary dentistry. I feel very fortunate to have found him for my two dogs.

I can also say that I found his fees to be very reasonable. It cost a fortune and considerable time for him to acquire his expertise. His fees were a pleasant surprise.

Two thumbs up all the way around.

What a great place! They took amazing care of our Standard Poodle's teeth problem. Very efficient and great work. Wouldn't take my furry babies anywhere else for their teeth care. Thanks!

My boy Rex in the picture had a major dental procedure done by Dr. Tsugawa 2 weeks ago at their Woodland Hills clinic. Dr. Tsugawa did a good job on Rex. I would recommend him to everyone who owns a cat/dog for any dental procedure needs. Thanks to Kristina who communicated very well with when trying to make an appointment including follow up calls on how Rex was doing. ♥

I have no real complaints about Dr. Winer. She is attentive and generally willing to discuss your concerns at length.

The reception, however, is a mess. The facility has separate receptionists for the different departments. The other two receptionists are always at their desk but for dental, they are nowhere to be found. When I call to ask a question or make an appointment, about 50% of the time it goes to voice mail. When I'm in the waiting room and I have a question, I end up standing around at the desk for five minutes waiting for the receptionist to appear from the back.

On my most recent visit, I waited for an hour because they had double booked my appointment. I was told it would be a much longer wait to actually speak with the Dr, so having to work I ended up leaving.

Took a day off work, drove 60 miles roundtrip, paid $145. consultation fee to meet with the highly recommended Dr. Tsugawa. Ten days later I still have not received the estimate that was to be written up "in a few days". My pup is in dire need of dental help and I bet on him hearing he is the best. I should bill him for lost wages, gasoline, and $145 for MY time. Meanwhile my pup is still in need. 🥺

This place is a rip-off! If you want to pay for granite counter tops and fine upholstered chairs in the exam room, go here. If you want good care for your pet, go anywhere else.

I was sent here by my regular vet because my dog had swelling around her mouth, and they thought x-rays might be a good idea. After I was given a $4,000 estimate to have my 10 -year-old dog's teeth pulled, I decided to get another opinion. The second vet gave me an over the phone ballpark estimate of less than $400 to have teeth pulled (also under anesthesia). By the time we got into the second opinion, the swelling was gone and the new vet said everything looked great. I can't believe this place wanted to put my dog under and charge $4,000 for something that wasn't even needed.

This clinic also has oncology. While I was waiting for the pet dentist to see my dog, I heard through the walls a doctor consulting with a dog honor. They gave an $8,000 estimate for chemo to this distraught pet owner.

I am aghast at these outrageous prices, and wonder just how many of their treatments are not even needed.

Definitely a rip off and the energy vibe was horrible.
