I’ve visited this location numerous times for very specific needs. The staff has always been awesome and amazing. This past visit, Dani went above and beyond and special ordered a very unique item that I couldn’t find ANYWHERE online. She was even kind enough to text me to let me know my order had arrived. It got there so fast!!! I’m sure I’ll be back again and again for my unique needs.

I absolutely LOVE this store. They have a great selection of toys, lube, lingerie, anything you could think of!! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and was even nice enough to let me know they do special orders. The best part about Excitement is their rewards card, basically, every 20$ you spend you get a stamp after five you get 20$ store credit, flippin' FANTASTIC! Oh and you also get free batteries with every toy purchased, as if the low prices weren't good enough ;) Awesome CLEAN fun store, def recommend.

I'm a repeatable customer due to the staff/ JADE. I was open and honest about what I wanted and she was able to deliver the product. I don't have to waist $$$$ on toys that don't do the job. My wife now has met her and we both are better off in the bedroom. JADE has ower trust now I wish she sold other things like contractors, cars or appliances need a new dishwasher.
