I had a vehicular issue beyond my modest diagnostic abilities. Another shops approach was apparently to replace my whole truck one part at a time over the course of months (without results.) Finally got my vehicle into Jones, where they diagnosed my issue and had it fixed within 16 hours of dropping it off.

Front-of-house also a pleasure to work with.

Will definitely set Jones as my default shop for preventative maintenance and repairs going forward.

New to the area and needed regular service done on my Mazda. Saw all of the excellent reviews for them and decided to give them a try. They did not disappoint. Excellent staff all around. I’ve definitely found my go to mechanic.

I’ve gone to Jones Automotive for oil change, my brakes, check engine light diagnostic and replacing spark plugs and my timing belt.

They have done a great job every time and communicated the whole way. Their prices are super fair (not the same as low, necessarily) and they give accurate estimates.

From first contact, the staff at Jones Automotive were friendly and helpful. They took great care of my car after it was broken into and vandalized. They worked quickly, and went above & beyond both with the actual repairs and advocating for me to my insurance company. It really felt like they were on my side. I appreciated that they called to give status updates as things moved along, and how they gave us helpful suggestions for future work that could be done without any pressure or upselling. They seem very straightforward and trustworthy. They did their part to make a very stressful experience as painless as possible. Got me an appointment very quickly. Dropped off my car and picked it up an hour later. Very easy and straightforward process. Will be returning for their business in the future.

I have to say that the minute I walked into the shop I felt they were honest and upfront. Very friendly and helpful. You can tell that this business has many return customers over the years. It’s not a franchise and has been individually owned for decades. I am going to return to this shop for sure and they work on Subarus and Toyotas!

I dropped my 2010 Prius off on Friday afternoon when a lot of lights came on, turned out the hybrid battery needed to be replaced. By Monday at 2 pm it was ready to pick up. Incredible

I have had nothing but good experiences at Jones Automotive. They are honest and superbly competent. No “service advisors” here, just really knowledgeable folks who are dedicated to solving problems. They have worked on two of my vehicles for a variety of issues and I have always been satisfied with the work done. And they’re really nice people, always ready with a ride home or an answer to a question.

These guys are great! I’ve had a good experience every time I’ve taken my car in. They are very reasonably priced & shoot straight with me. They won’t recommend additional work unless it is necessary. That is important to me. I definitely recommend Jones Automotive!
